They will be late on the pick up (by 1 day) and even later (an entire 2 days late) on delivery. The whole time the contact person kept delaying the eta. 3. Impolite and careless pickup and delivery workers. Our laundry bag was left in front of the house because they kept delaying the eta. They squeezed all of our clothes and linens into one bag instead of separating into two which caused a huge rip at the top of the laundry bag. 4. They will apologize profusely with no valid explanation or solution. They will offer a discount for the next time when they know you won't ever use their service again. 5. They will overcharge you for the service a week later, not providing any sort of receipt or itemized breakdown of costs.

I liked the pricing, compared to other cleaners, and they did deliver on their 24 hour promise, so it might be worth it for that alone? Maybe? But the item came out --- fine? It is not worth the walk for us, so I doubt I'll be eschewing my local cleaners to return, but glad I tried something new. There is not a cash tip jar, we were asked to tip on the screen like I was ordering a specialty coffee item. Confused everyone I was with. Not appropriate for this kind of business. They also charge for pickup/delivery which most cleaners do not.

With Uber pickup and drop off you get tight (30 min) windows. If you're not in Brooklyn, it adds to the expense but is 100% worth it for the peace of mind: you can get on with your day--and rest assured that your clothing won't be returned smelling like someone else's toxic dryer sheets. And the folding is meticulous. Five stars!

I've scheduled a pickup and I'm excited to see how everything turns out! *** I called a few days ago to do the pickup/delivery service everyone talks about and the man who answered said "no they don't do that." However, I ended up messaging here on yelp since I did see so many reviews about it! The told me to call to setup an account for pickup/delivery. I called again today and when I asked to set up an account, the man hung up the phone on me. I'm disappointed because I was really excited to try out the pickup/delivery service everyone is raving about! However, it looks like I won't be able to.

They serve beers and cider; no liquor, although you can get a shot soju for $4. I had a mango and peach cider from Downeast that was quite delicious. Most of their drinks were $10 each, which was reasonable. This is a great spot when you want some entertainment as you can play their pinball machines ($1 each play), skeeball, or any of the free boardgames they have. Be sure to bring cash, but there is a machine that gives you a change of coins.

Maybe that's the reason I screwed up this first visit back to this place because I left an entire load of clothes behind in the dryer! The staff was nice enough to keep my clothes tucked away nice and neat until I realized two days later that I left them behind! This place has been clean pre-COVID and they've BEEN sanitizing the machines and folding tables in between customers before the pandemic. Many of these Bed-Stuy laundromats make me want to hand wash all of my clothes and never step foot in a laundromat because they are just way too unsanitary-- but not this place. Once you take your clothes out of the washer, they are sanitizing inside and out. No more strange smells after someone takes their supposedly clean load out and no more bringing my own sanitizing products to wipe down the washers before use. They take care of it for you! Floors stay mopped and clean so you don't feel so bad if you drop a panty or two. Other laundromats I will throw away any piece of clothing that falls to the ground but here, I'll kindly rewash them. That says a LOT. If you need any detergent, laundry bags (plastic or cloth), bleach, dryer sheets, fabric softener, etc., they've got a little convenient store and a vending machine inside to get all the stuff you need. I can't say the staff was always so welcoming but the owner is soooo much nicer now. Whatever change happened has truly warmed his soul and I feel more happy spending my coins here! Before this was the only laudry place to go to because I lived a couple steps away, now I gladly drive to this place because it's worth it. There's a change machine (all machines take coins) nice size options for washers and it doesn't take a crazy amount of detergent to get things soapy. A quarter gets you 7 minutes for the dryer. If you are a nice person who doesn't overstuff the dryer, 21 minutes is all you need to dry a load-- 75 cents ain't bad, huh? This isn't a large laundromat but if you go during non-peak times, you can get your washing done quick and easy and maybe catch a show on the big tv screen while you wait! My blanket came out stained with detergent residue and the guy who was running the place told me this small thin blanket was too much for the small washer. I was surprised because $4.00 could have washed the blanket and a sheet set at my old laundry. Then, i noticed how the workers treated the drop off laundry while the same guy was towering over each girl at every machine. First they dumped the clothes on the dirty floor to separate. Then most of the time alllll of the clothes went into one large wash machine. There was no care.No colors and darks were separated, so go here at your own risk. I wouldn't want my clothes dirty or not dumped on the floor and to go there the low prices aren't what they seem if washers are small as hell . And the manager was micro managing like hell.

Setting up a card and loading money onto it was simple and easy. Drying was quick and didn't cost much at all. The best part (very specific to me): it's only a mile bike ride from my apartment, so this will definitely be my new go-to spot. She was really kind and helpful in explaining the process and costs to me. Later that day, I dropped off my laundry with ease! Again, she was super kind and helpful. I was shocked at how cheap her services are as well - my laundry only cost $11 which seemed like a great deal given how expensive laundromat machines are! I went to pick up my laundry just a couple of days later (it took a bit longer because of the July 4 holiday) and they were perfectly clean and folded! I was able to pay by Venmo as well which was super convenient. Couldn't recommend this place enough! Clean, convenient, kind, affordable, and professional!

One of the cheapest, quickest, professional and convenient laundromats in the area…read more I live right down the block and if I need to do my laundry, this is the only place I would probably come to. They've had new machines installed within the past six months or so that means, all the machines work like a charm. When I don't have time to do my laundry, I just use the drop-off service and my clothes are ready by the end of the afternoon. Nice and folded, smelling like fresh roses (ok, maybe fresh linen) but still they are CLEAN!!!! The staff here is very courteous and are always willing to help.
