Ive used his pick up and delivery service off and on for almost half a year. The past two times have been a complete nightmare. First, he lost a bathing suit bottom that cost me $40. Offered no compensation. Just an apology that it wouldn't happen again. I sucked it up and used him again as he's the only service in the area that does pick up and delivery. This time was a huge difference. He admitted to bleaching my sheets. Blaming his "new girl". Then I opened my blankets. They stunk. He proceeded to tell me I'm supposed to open the bags to let them air dry meanwhile ive used his service before and never needed to do this. He then admitted again new girls mistake. I requested reimbursement for the sheets that were bleached. He said no only a discount for future. I then noticed a bunch of stains on my very expensive limited edition skims shorts. He proceeded to tell me I need to take better care of my clothes. I gave him that item barely even dirty. I wore it for one second and will even show the court i recently purchased it. Its obviously a fabric softener stain. I dont give him fabric softener or bleach for my clothing. It looks like someone ran in over with a truck. As seen in attached photos, you can see the child that is running this business. I'm now taking him to small claims court because he doesnt want to offer any reimbursement for his mistakes and even laughed at me and told me I'm not his son or brother which was completely irreveleant and decides to laugj at me. Very immature. This kid is about 25 years old and has no idea how to run a business, let alone speak to customers. His own workers told me hes a partier that doesn't wake up until 12pm everyday. Doesn't know how to run a company and will ruin your clothes. Even if you do the wash yourself, they do not rinse the machines prior to your next wash and your clothes can be ruined with bleach and he wants no responsibility even though admits fault through text and his policy on his receipt ensures reimbursement. Stay away from this laundromat. The child is immature and will never help you with any mistakes his business makes. Screenshots to show immaturity and pictures to show damage he did to my clothing. Sheets cost $119. Shorts were $54. Stay away from this laundromat unless you want your clothes lost, ruined and smelly and offered a discount for future use. read more

Life Laundry had taken over the previous laundry business in the same location. This is my second time having the delivery and pick up type of service for my laundry. I'm very happy with the communication via text and payment method via Venmo. The business model with the technology available to the customer's makes this a very convenient transaction. Life Laundry never had any missing items and the only time they broke my zipper from a sweatshirt, they immediately fixed the problem by replacing it. The only negative point I have for Life Laundry is that they do not deliver laundry to your home during the weekends. If you're fine with having weekday delivery, I would choose them as your laundromat going forward. 4****stars & 2 Thumps up!! read more

Found this place by accident about 6 months ago when looking for someone who offered pickup and drop off service. The plan was to use them just once since I didnt have time to do laundry this week. So quick! I contacted the business through yelp and immediately had answers to all my questions! They came to pick up my laundry and it wasn't a problem I needed it brought back the next day. True Story: I first learned about Life Laundry because I kept sniffing my best friends clothes whenever we hung out because they smelled so good. She raved about a new laundry service she had been using and suggested I try it. It took me a while, and many annoying mishaps with my local laundromat, to finally try them out but I am so glad I did. I use the pick up and delivery service and every step of the process is easy and customer friendly. I text them when I am ready to have the clothes picked up and venmo my payment. I used to dread having to deal with my laundry but now it's so simple. Both the owner and the delivery driver are so friendly and helpful. They have even done me a favor and rushed a job for me when I really needed my dry cleaning for an interview. Recently my previous laundry delivery service sold their laundry mat and new owners does not pick up. So I was screwed as I needed clean clothes. I yelped and contacts Life Laundry and they were very accomadating at the last minute and the process is super easy and clothes r send back nicley in a plastic bag to separate from the original laundry bag because dirty clothes was in it. Highly recommend. More proactive than any laundry I've used, and I've used a lot. They call if there's an issue; they look at the laundry - if you have a key in your pocket or something that needs to be washed by hand, they actually notice and return it. Super happy with this service. I called and they came not only that day but 20 minutes later, which I found amazing. Charged me extra to separate the loads--super annoying, especially since I had my whites and colors in two different bags. Should I have called for a separate pick up to avoid being charged $4? So one star off for that and the fact they never told me how much they charged, and the yelp estimate I originally was quoted was $18 for 30lbs, and it ended up costing me $35 for 35lbs (with the 10% off for first order, which I appreciated, otherwise it would have been $39). So it's a $1.00 per pound (that should have been up-front), delivery included although I did tip. They do venmo or cash. They were super nice and delivered back to me the same day, which was awesome! They did a nice job cleaning, but I'm sensitive to scents, and not wild about the after-smell of whatever they use, and my clothes weren't the softest I've ever had. Next time I'll ask them to use downy which should solve both issues. I would definitely use them again! read more

Best laundry service in the area! I have been using then at least 2 times a week for 3 years. Every time I always receive Exemplary service! They are Incredibly Trustworthy and always on time for pick up/drops off. My clothes arrive extremely clean with perfect "folds". Most importantly never has anything EVER gone missing and one time I they handed me an envelope with my drop off with $40 in it!! Just knowing that they are the type of establishment to return "cash" to someone who didn't even know they were missing it, makes me feel comfortable every time I call! read more
