They will be late on the pick up (by 1 day) and even later (an entire 2 days late) on delivery. The whole time the contact person kept delaying the eta. 3. Impolite and careless pickup and delivery workers. Our laundry bag was left in front of the house because they kept delaying the eta. They squeezed all of our clothes and linens into one bag instead of separating into two which caused a huge rip at the top of the laundry bag. 4. They will apologize profusely with no valid explanation or solution. They will offer a discount for the next time when they know you won't ever use their service again. 5. They will overcharge you for the service a week later, not providing any sort of receipt or itemized breakdown of costs.

Maybe that's the reason I screwed up this first visit back to this place because I left an entire load of clothes behind in the dryer! The staff was nice enough to keep my clothes tucked away nice and neat until I realized two days later that I left them behind! This place has been clean pre-COVID and they've BEEN sanitizing the machines and folding tables in between customers before the pandemic. Many of these Bed-Stuy laundromats make me want to hand wash all of my clothes and never step foot in a laundromat because they are just way too unsanitary-- but not this place. Once you take your clothes out of the washer, they are sanitizing inside and out. No more strange smells after someone takes their supposedly clean load out and no more bringing my own sanitizing products to wipe down the washers before use. They take care of it for you! Floors stay mopped and clean so you don't feel so bad if you drop a panty or two. Other laundromats I will throw away any piece of clothing that falls to the ground but here, I'll kindly rewash them. That says a LOT. If you need any detergent, laundry bags (plastic or cloth), bleach, dryer sheets, fabric softener, etc., they've got a little convenient store and a vending machine inside to get all the stuff you need. I can't say the staff was always so welcoming but the owner is soooo much nicer now. Whatever change happened has truly warmed his soul and I feel more happy spending my coins here! Before this was the only laudry place to go to because I lived a couple steps away, now I gladly drive to this place because it's worth it. There's a change machine (all machines take coins) nice size options for washers and it doesn't take a crazy amount of detergent to get things soapy. A quarter gets you 7 minutes for the dryer. If you are a nice person who doesn't overstuff the dryer, 21 minutes is all you need to dry a load-- 75 cents ain't bad, huh? I wouldn't want my clothes dirty or not dumped on the floor and to go there the low prices aren't what they seem if washers are small as hell . And the manager was micro managing like hell.

I have been a regular at this laundromat ever since it opened. I have never had a bad experience. They make washing my blouses so easy. They had my clothes waiting for me at the counter when I arrived. The lady was so helpful and friendly. She wrapped the clothes into plastic bags. Comfortable and clean Laundromat with good customer service. I've been bringing my laundry to this spot for a few years now. It has stayed consistently clean and I appreciate that the owner/managers run it as a mom and pop business. It's very inexpensive. It's also a good place to meet the regulars here. read more

One of the best place to get laundry done in Bay Ridge, if not the best. My wife and I both come here to do laundry and we absolutely love it. The prices are cheaper than most other places in this neighborhood. They have a lot of sizes and washers and dryers to accommodate for all. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. Highly recommend! The reason I recommend this store is because I believe it's the best laundromat shop in all of Bay Ridge. The service, the quality and the staff are phenomenal. Wonderful little laundromat. It is kind of a hidden gem in Bay Ridge. It was built to suit the needs of its customers - convenience, cleanliness. All of the owners/managers of this establishment are family-owned and that is one thing that sets it apart from many of the 'chain' laundromats in NYC. Offered no compensation. Just an apology that it wouldn't happen again. I sucked it up and used him again as he's the only service in the area that does pick up and delivery. This time was a huge difference. He admitted to bleaching my sheets. Blaming his "new girl". Then I opened my blankets. They stunk. He proceeded to tell me I'm supposed to open the bags to let them air dry meanwhile ive used his service before and never needed to do this. He then admitted again new girls mistake. I requested reimbursement for the sheets that were bleached. He said no only a discount for future. I then noticed a bunch of stains on my very expensive limited edition skims shorts. He proceeded to tell me I need to take better care of my clothes. I gave him that item barely even dirty. I wore it for one second and will even show the court i recently purchased it. Its obviously a fabric softener stain. I dont give him fabric softener or bleach for my clothing. It looks like someone ran in over with a truck. As seen in attached photos, you can see the child that is running this business. I'm now taking him to small claims court because he doesnt want to offer any reimbursement for his mistakes and even laughed at me and told me I'm not his son or brother which was completely irreveleant and decides to laugj at me. Very immature. This kid is about 25 years old and has no idea how to run a business, let alone speak to customers. His own workers told me hes a partier that doesn't wake up until 12pm everyday. Doesn't know how to run a company and will ruin your clothes. Even if you do the wash yourself, they do not rinse the machines prior to your next wash and your clothes can be ruined with bleach and he wants no responsibility even though admits fault through text and his policy on his receipt ensures reimbursement. Stay away from this laundromat. The child is immature and will never help you with any mistakes his business makes. Screenshots to show immaturity and pictures to show damage he did to my clothing. Sheets cost $119. Shorts were $54. Stay away from this laundromat unless you want your clothes lost, ruined and smelly and offered a discount for future use.

It was in perfect condition, except for the tiny ink spots near the front waist. I assumed that would be an easy stain removal, but the experience turned into a complete disaster. When I returned to pick up my jacket, I was shocked to find it completely ruined (please see attached photos for before-and-after comparisons, taken just 18 days apart). The damage was so severe that I had no choice but to refuse pickup and request that your store attempt to restore it to a wearable condition. Unfortunately, multiple trips back to your store only resulted in more frustration and disappointment. To make matters worse, instead of taking responsibility, the owner falsely accused me of bringing in an already damaged jacket, as stated in a one-sided note left at the counter and a single text message sent to my phone--without even having the courtesy to discuss the matter over the phone personally. This is both dishonest and unacceptable. I attempted to call the store phone listed on Yelp --no one answered. I tried reaching the owner through the listed service phone, but there was no response. I even asked store employees to relay my message, yet the owner continues to ignore the facts and refuses to communicate. This level of negligence, dishonesty, and avoidance is unacceptable in any business, especially in today's world where reputation matters. If this is how customer concerns are handled, then this store is in dire need of retraining in ethical business practices. I expect a fair resolution, which includes full compensation for the damage caused. If no action is taken, I will be left with no choice but to file a formal complaint with consumer protection agencies. *** After all, If any person value his/ her clothing, I'd strongly advise looking elsewhere.

They told me it would not be ready until tomorrow and it was ready today. I had several rugs and caps washed they all came out spotless. They give you a card that stays attached to your bag so they can easily identify your laundry. Whenever I go in to pick-up my laundry the staff person knows right where it is without asking. All the staff is great but the only one whose name I know is Rebecca and she is a gem. It is nice to support local businesses especially when the business does such an outstanding job.

Guy was unreasonable, belligerent, and rude beyond belief.
