I sent expensive, highly concentrated laundry detergent, and the entire bottle was used on three loads. Wasting my money, TWICE. The disregard for my personal property is outrageous. I'm sure they have no intention of refunding me hundreds of dollars for the early destruction and replacement of my fine garments that I specifically said were meant to be hung up to dry. These included wool, cashmere, and silk. The advertising is a lie. You can send instructions, but you will be LUCKY if anyone reads or follows them. I will never use this company again. I am demanding a full refund -- not that it could ever cover the damage they have done. They also keep sending me wire hangers, that I have repeatedly told them I did not want. They treat their customers with no respect. The owner can be extremely nasty. I've seen his nasty side a few times with different customers. I had my own incident with him as well. Always extremely clean! unfortunately the driers are old and…read moredo not properly accept payment meaning that although it's 25 cents for 7.5 minutes in a drier that doesn't get hot enough the machines will take quarters and not turn on. For every 3 quarters you put in there's a 50 percent chance the drier will turn on and work for 4 minutes and not dry your clothes. The owner and staff field complaints by saying you dropped the coin in too fast or too slow but it's always the same result. You will never know how many quarters it will take to turn on and if your clothes will be dry even though the sign says 7.5 minutes for 25 cents. Always always frustrating.
