They were amazing. They evaluated my current system, which is also integrated into an AV system, wrote up a proposal which I accepted. The system they installed is amazing. I have never had as good a WiFi system in terms of strength of signal, speed and reliability. As important, this Smart Start does what they say they will do without any surprises. They call when they say they will call, show up for appointments on time and really back up their services. In my case there has been nothing to do, since their system is working perfectly, but Smart Start Network has followed up a couple of times in the first 30 days after installation to make sure I was 100% satisfied. If you have a WiFi system you want installed, or have an existing system you would like upgraded I would highly recommend Smart Start Network. Lastly, Phil was the senior technician on my job and was phenomenal. Gina works in the office and is fantastic as well. This is my first Yelp review. I felt compelled to endorse this company because they are a breath of fresh air in NYC, where quality of product and service are often hard to find!

That said, the PCs you get there are going to be very standard. Many will be the same specs at the big box stores, but will be cheaper, but if you're looking for a gaming or video production PC, you'd be better off building your own or hitting online PC stores that specialize in better systems - looking at a recent print-out for them, a lot of the specs for parts in the custom-built PCs aren't top-of-the-line. If you're looking for PCs to just do your home work or check on emails, maybe do some office work with spreadsheets, then you'll be fine. If you're building a PC, they have some parts on the wall in the rear of the store, but it's not a complete selection, as I've found problems in the past looking for parts there.

This procedure required me to remove the CPU and its associated CPU cooler. Thermal paste is sued between the heat sink and the CPU.I had no thermal paste and no store int he area carried it. Amazon would've taken a couple of days too many for me. I decided to look for "PC repair' in the Pt Washington, NY, Manhasset, NY areas. I called Henry, who was not in the office, and explained the situation. He immediately offered some thermal paste free of charge and called his assistant back at the office that I was on my way. Gladys was charming and helpful. I had my paste in a minute, returned home, and was able to be my son's hero. What's that worth, folks? This small act of kindness by Henry towards a complete stranger is a testament to his fine character. He has a customer and advocate in me for life for all my future tech needs.
