Was I satisfied with their service? Yes. Was I satisfied with their communication? Yes. Did they fix the issue with my phone? Yes. Were they polite, professional, and knowledgeable? Yes. I would have given them 5 stars until I saw the sign. I found their prices to be reasonable and there was plenty of parking in the strip mall parking lot.
