The ceremony included a beautiful assortment of floor arrangements paired with an asymmetrical arbor. The bride and bridal party had lovely bouquets and the groom and all groomsmen matching boutonnieres. A hair comb with fresh flowers was also purposefully created for the bride in lieu of a veil. The centerpieces at the cocktail hour and reception were stunning and all were taken home by guests at the end of the evening. We could not have asked for more beautiful flowers. Spent over $500 on a faux arrangement that I had shipped to Florida. Was told by owner they ship all the time and not to worry. Took 2 weeks to arrive and the vessel for the arrangement was broken in bits because it wasn't wrapped properly. As of today, over two months later, and lots of follow up calls and physically going into store to talk to them, I have no replacement and can't get owner to give me a refund. I know accidents happen when shipping. I would have continued to tell all my friends about this store if the owner had only done the right thing and simply been responsive and helped me get to a solution instead of making me chase her.
