Lisa was my contact person and she helped me get my job done ontime, and within my budget. The color printing was excellent, and I would highly recommend their services. As others have said Lisa was not only knowledgeable and friendly, but the ultimate professional. It's rare to find customer service at this level anywhere, but Dohrmon Printing has it! Even though I live across the country from them, I am tempted to give them all of my business, they are that good!

I cannot recommend this business highly enough. As the owner of a marketing business myself, I work…read morewith more than 50 different production partners, so I've had the opportunity to work with a wide range of printers and know firsthand how much quality, turnaround, communication, and reliability matter. This team consistently ranks at the very top. The print quality is outstanding, the turnaround times are fantastic, and their consistency is something I genuinely appreciate. In the printing industry, having a trusted and dependable production partner is invaluable. When something is time-sensitive, a deadline is tight, or I'm simply in a pinch and need to know a job is going to get done--and done right--there is no secondary option in my mind. We just go here. Something else I really value is that they know their capabilities and are honest about them. They're not the type of printer that will simply say yes to anything just to make a sale. If something can be done well, they'll tell you and make it happen. If there's a limitation, a better way to approach a project, or something they don't believe will produce the result you're looking for, they're straightforward about that too. That kind of honesty is incredibly valuable, especially in printing, where saying "yes" to something that shouldn't be done can end up costing everyone time and creating a disappointing final product. They are one of the most trusted and reliable partners any organization can work with. Being able to send a project their way knowing it will be handled properly takes an enormous amount of stress out of the process. If you're considering using them for a project, do not hesitate at all. From quality and turnaround to capability, honesty, dependability, and overall service, they are absolutely top tier. I highly recommend them for your printing needs and will continue turning to them whenever I need something done right.

I had a relatively small, quick project for Alpha, and the experience was easily five stars…read more Patrick had a whole phone conversation with me to get a sense of my needs, which in itself I wouldn't expect from a print shop for a $30 job. I needed an 18"x24" poster print mounted on foam board, and in my project request I mentioned we would be displaying the poster on a tabletop easel. Patrick clearly read the whole request and gave it thoughtful consideration, because he advised that for an extra few dollars, Alpha could add foldable easel wings to the back of our poster - heck yes! I'd gotten a quote from another larger print shop - let's call them Kedex-Finko's - and the price for this job was easily going to top $50. Alphagraphics was a better price, and definitely a better and more personal customer experience. The final product was sharp, sturdy, and beautiful - a really clean print. From initial request to project completion, Alpha had the whole thing done in about 24 hours. Highly recommend them for any print job, personal or professional.

Not only did these guys accelerate their process to get it done, they advised on design reviews, stayed after hours to complete the job, arranged for after-hours pickup, were VERY competitive on pricing, and enabled us to be prepared for an event we would otherwise been left behind on. We thought that the funeral home would take care of everything, but we were wrong. We had to get the obituary and prayer cards outsourced which only gave us one day after writing up the obituary to have them printed. This company, Quickly Printing not just printed my sister's obituary and prayer cards in one day, they did an excellent job in redesigning it also. We literally had one day to get this done and quickly printing took the job, sent me a proof, didn't like the picture I originally sent and requested I send another, all in one day. The price was also very reasonable and the quality was outstanding. I will forever be grateful to them for the wonderful job they did in memorializing my dear sister. Thank you!!!
