Terrible! Sid the owner inflates the cost by 50% and refuses to refund you or take returns.

Phone Guy Repairs

He had my phone in tip-top shape quickly, at a very fair price. I've found my go to phone guy! Thank you!

Phone Guy has earned my business, from now on! They are the real deal. Super reasonable prices, top…read morequality work, lightning-fast turnaround, they under-promise and over-deliver every time, and both Nick and Angela are just fantastic people to interact with. Seriously, I sometimes feel guilty after I leave, because I realize that I once again ended up hanging out talking to them when they have phones to fix! But they always take the time to listen, to fully understand problems, and to deliver the best possible solutions while being amazingly pleasant. They're just awesome. I've brought several "oddball" cases to them and they always give me the best possible options, with no gouging, no upsells, no dismissiveness, and no sliminess. They also seem to be "platform-agnostic" so they won't make fun of you for having a Mac or a super old piece of gear, or for not being super knowledgeable. They just make it work again. Phone Guy has now replaced 2 laptop batteries and an iPhone battery for me, and they do it the way it should be done! They just get the model number, call you when the part comes in (usually within a few days), you drop your device off, and a few hours later they call to say it's done. They offer a 1-year warranty, and they also recycle old parts at no extra cost. I've tried a few other repair shops in the area and have been pretty underwhelmed. I'm so glad I finally found Phone Guy. They go the extra mile, and with a smile. I hope not to have to go back soon, but I know that next time I have gear that needs service, Phone Guy will make it as painless as possible. And because of that, I wouldn't even consider going anywhere else.

I walk in the manager inassume was talking to two employees about work related stuff which is fine. But could of stopped so one of the associates could check me out. Well the first associate was sitting on the outside of the register and didn't even get up when I walked up. The other associate who was open I went to. Did not say hello or if I found everything okay. No social skills what so ever. Skipped passed the screen for me to enter my phone number. Then asked if I had a number. But in between she had her phone out texting while checking me out. She looked at me and asked if I was done after I used the pin pad because she was to busy worrying about her phone which was the most unprofessional thing you can do in a business which calls for Customer service. Not to mention the manager in charge just walked off and not even a greeting from him when I walked in or up to the registers. I dont care if your busy or slow customer service is always number one. I do hope the company reads this and trains tgere employees on the value of customers. If I wanted to be ignored I could of took the extra day and ordered my item off Amazon. 7:53pm Cashier: 3072928
