Unfortunately my area was not an area that he services but my job somewhat was. I was so grateful for him coming and helping me because my phone was in dire need. I went to apple on several occasions trying to secure an appointment with them but for some strange reason they are always booked. So I looked on yelp and found Joshua he's clearly a superhero I wouldn't think otherwise. He came to my job fixed my phone 4 hours later its still working so he obviously did a great job.
