I took a computer to Interblueweb because the keyboard was locking up and misbehaving. It was an ancient Toshiba running XP that I have kept over 20 Plus years that I put a database application on that I wrote years back that tracked investments I made over the years. Needless to say, I would not run on newer computers. I thought this was lost due to the age of both this application and this computer. Well the guy at interblueweb found an identical computer on EBAY and replaced my computer with this other antiques' computer and even put extra memory in it. I was amazed at how good he was at fixing my antique which is working like a new computer thanks to his efforts. This is the second time a person at this place did the amazing with an old computer. I am more than satisfied. I highly reccommend these guys and they are incredibly nice to boot. So happy. read more

I went with my friend to see about getting an Iphone 6 Plus fixed. They offer a free consultation to see if they can assist you with your issue, which is great. However they're not the most trustworthy people. We were told they couldn't fix my friend's phone, which is fine. Here's the rub, while getting the phone looked at by another shop they notified us that these jokers had ripped out the charge port in my friend's phone but they never mentioned anything to us. We had to go to a different shop to figure out that they misplaced a screw from inside of the phone and they damaged a part, which is probably why they deemed my friend's phone unfixable. It's a shame we had to go elsewhere to find out the truth, but I wouldn't trust this place with any serious repairs. Definitely shady. read more

I found Interblue while on Yelp looking for somewhere local. I had dropped my laptop & it would no longer recognize the charger in the jack. I dropped it off around 11 & within two hours it was fixed, they cleaned it up to look brand new, & it was ready to be picked up. I was honestly surprised. I don't expect this to be everybody's experience but they had the part I needed & everything came together. George who was the gentleman I dealt with was very kind and helpful. Interblue is a God send. I feel very lucky to have found them when I did. Also the price was appropriate and I felt everything was done professionally. Went in to get an ssd installed and my computer cleaned. Guy said it would be done that day. I call up later and it's like he's forgotten I brought it in and then calls me back to tell me there's only one SSD slot when there's two in the computer. He wanted me to keep it overnight to "copy my data onto the new ssd card" which would obviously cost more and what would they do with they copy they have? I took it back immediately without them doing anything. Not trustworthy at all. read more

I messed up my macbook pro when I replaced my dvd with a second hard drive. The instruction manual on removing one connector was incorrect, and it rendered my webcam and audio useless. Then a week or two later, my wifi stopped working. I went through Craigs List looking for local support, but found none. However, Interweb's ad said one important thing: microsoldering. That's exactly what I needed. It was about a 40 minute drive but worth it. One hour later (they said it might take 2) my computer was fully working again. For an really fair price! The apple store would have replace the motherboard which for a 2012 mac just wasn't worth it. Interblueweb saved me and my Mac and I really appreciate the service they gave and the friendliness they showed. read more

My computer was working fine but a wire was loose so the LCD was black. I only took I it in for the free diagnostic to really see what the problem was, and the guy "fixed" it but it wasn't even a fix, he plugged something in right and charged me 30 dollars, no parts changed, nothing, just plugging something in so I feel like I got ripped off and I didn't even ask for it. read more

This store was a great find for me: they repair Mac & PC. I needed to add a bigger hard drive to my Mac Book Pro. They did it quickly and very affordably. They're very knowledgeable, and for the value and service I prefer this place to dropping off my Mac at the Apple Genius Bar. Oh yeah, they speak Spanish and English which I appreciated. read more

This place was like 20 mins away from where I live but it was def worth it. They had a free diagnostics whereas my local computer store wouldve charged me $60. Freddy, i think hes the boss of the store, was super nice and he went out of his way to check if my computer was working fine without a charge!! I would definately go back here if I have any other computer related problems and you should too! Theyre super cheap too. $25-30 for transferring data under 5Gb. Battery change was $80 without any other fees. My local store was going to charge me $80 for transferring data and $180 for battery exchange. read more

Although my initial experience with Interblue Web Inc. was not a good one, four months later I was sent a follow-up conciliatory e-mail. Originally, I had called in for a price quote, and clarified what the repair was which I needed since I would be driving 45 minutes each way to reach the store. The employee provided me with a price quote on the phone which was $100 less than that with which he gave when I arrived in person. I left the store without the time-sensitive service which I needed, and I was very disappointed with the dishonesty and the waste of my time. Given the recent conciliatory e-mail from Interblue Web Inc., I am changing my rating to a higher number of stars. My earlier situation did not change, but the response from the company in the end was well-intentioned. read more

I came in because a screw fell out of the side of my computer. Eventually the hinge that allowed the screen to open and close properly broke. The gentleman gave me a quote and told me they would look into the price of parts. They promptly called me the very next day and advised me that they were able to fix it without having to order the piece and charged $100 less than originally quoted. I was putting off writing this review for a while cuz nothing really was a super big deal but something happened today that just made it worth posting. Went to this place because it was super close to my university and it has good reviews on yelp. My laptop screen broke about two weeks ago and I came here to get it fixed, which was my mistake. I checked out the website before hand and saw the "25% off service for new customers" and "15% off for Kean University Students", so I go ahead and ask about the Kean student discount and they tell me that for whatever reason it can't be applied to my service, which is bullshit because nowhere under the 15% off does it say that includes certain services and not others. Whatever, I let it go. They said it'd take a day or so and to be fair, it did only take a day. which is why I'm giving two stars instead of one. I come back to pick up my computer and when I turn on my computer, I could see a noticeable difference in quality of the screen, which, again, I let go for whatever reason. I go to pay and have to pay tax with a debit card, and when I'm paying, the guy tells me that any other place would've charged me $180, which is bullshit because I did my research beforehand and was told by several places that the most I would be charged is $180 and that's only if it was a touchscreen. Fast forward two weeks and the border around the screen is loose. So disappointed in the service I received, will be letting everyone I know in the area to avoid this place. read more
