He diagnosed the problem within hours, and before the end of the same day, Mr. Burt had ordered the necessary materials and parts required to "restore" my laptop. He ordered the materials from a reliable source that offers next day service--he kept me informed of his every move and always asked if I wanted to proceed or not. Within three days, Mr. Burt had saved all my materials to an external hard drive, installed a new and more efficient hard drive, placed all my materials back onto the computers new hard drive, and cleaned up any and all superfluous material on my laptop.
