I don't write reviews often -- much less raving reviews like this one. I own two businesses -- one bricks and mortar in a more established market, and the other a newer, internet-only biz. When we reached a point where it was time to upgrade our computer equipment, Dan was there to help and guide us with an assortment of options that met both our needs and our budget. We're now fully up to date and loving it. Further, with the continued explosion of the internet and its capabilities, I had no real idea of how to promote my business on-line so that more customers could find us. And here's where the real distinction lies for these guys. There are any number of companies out there willing to take your money to help improve your internet presence -- but what I found time after time as sales reps sat across the desk from me was that they were in the "telling" mode -- with very little "listening" going on.
