I needed help (i) mounting 2 TV's, (ii) routing wires from tv's into closets, (iii) connecting built in speakers which were here when I moved in, to my TVs, (iv) setting up a receiver for the speakers, (v) setting up Apple Play for my built in speakers In terms of price, Sherman quoted me on the project (vs hourly like some others do) which was definitely more economical and great to know exactly what you're in for. The existing wire system in my apartment was old so it took a long time for Sherman to work around and with the existing wire system but did so without complaint. He also came back 3 additional times after the initial installation just to adjust some minor issues (which wasn't his fault) and addressed all of them in a timely manner. He made sure that the job was completed - comprehensively. He won't let an issue go unresolved and he will make sure you're happy with the outcome. Couldn't be happier with his work and I would recommend him to anyone that's looking for AV work at home.

About six months ago, Don professionally installed my Thinkware U3000 Pro front and rear cameras. A couple of months ago, I returned to him for installation of the brackets and wiring setup for my Uniden radar detector. His work has always been extremely clean, precise, and professional. Most recently, after having new window tint installed, the dash cameras had to be removed and then reinstalled. Even though Don had a very busy schedule, he went out of his way to squeeze my car in and reinstall the cameras on the freshly tinted windshield. He took great care with the new tint and made sure everything was properly positioned, secure, and working exactly as it should. What I appreciate most about Don is his attention to detail and the pride he takes in his work. He treats the vehicle as if it were his own, takes the time to do everything correctly, and is always professional and helpful. After several different installations, I have complete confidence in Don and would not hesitate to bring any of my vehicles to him. Excellent workmanship, outstanding service, and a true professional. Highly recommended!

It says a lot about a company when you have such a positive first experience that they are the first call you make when you need additional work done. AJ continues to be extremely professional, knowledgeable, reliable, and meticulous in everything he does. The quality of his work was excellent. He took the time to make sure everything was installed properly, paid close attention to the details, and made sure I was completely satisfied with the finished result. Just as importantly, he treated my home with respect and did an exceptional job cleaning up when the work was completed--you would hardly know any installation work had taken place. AJ is also extremely easy to work with. He communicates well, is dependable, and clearly takes pride in both his work and the service he provides to his customers. After having now used AJ Integrations on multiple occasions and at two different homes, I can recommend AJ with even greater confidence than I did the first time. If you need home networking, smart home integration, low-voltage wiring, or any of the other services AJ provides, I would not hesitate to contact him. Fantastic work once again. We needed to replace and upgrade a failing wired security system that we had installed in 1990. We felt completely comfortable from our first phone call to Alyssa and Rob who explained patiently, and in great detail, what would be involved and what choices we could make. Within 2 weeks we had a new upgraded wireless system, installed by two amazing young men: Nate and Jason, who in the space of 4 hours, finished the install, explained each step, and left the house spotless. Our concerns about possible damage in removing the old equipment and installing the attractive new system was unfounded: you would never know that any work had been done. After the install, Rob followed up with a detailed complete tutorial on how to use the system most effectively, and strongly encouraged us to stay in touch if any questions or problems arise in the future. We would highly recommend the team at Berman Home Systems.

However, when Rob Berman visited to plan out our wifi system, we discussed security and it became clear that he was extremely knowledgeable about the intricacies of security. He pointed out several major flaws in our existing system, which made it easy for someone to enter our home undetected. Rob took us on a walkthrough of our house to assess the requirements for installing a new system. Later that evening, we received a quote which we accepted immediately. The installation team was professional, detail-oriented, and kept us informed throughout the installation process. Rob made multiple visits to ensure everything was going smoothly and even took the time on a Saturday morning to walk us through every aspect of the system. Overall, we are thrilled with the work done by Berman. The installation team paid attention to every little detail and Rob's personal involvement in the project was appreciated. We feel secure and safe in our home and would highly recommend Berman to anyone looking for a top-notch security system.
