We scheduled the installation and he went to work installing four cameras that enable me to view my first floor and back yard on my iPhone. When he was done, he left our home clean -- plaster swept up and wires cable tied. He also gave me detailed instructions for installing the app on my computer at work. Last week (Feb. 2020) was the first time I had an issue with the system and it was due to a router problem -- not the security system itself.
