I've used charged up electric twice so far and both times they've been wonderful. The first time was when my refrigerator stopped running (cue bad joke) they diagnosed the issue the same day and was able to fix the wiring in our newly purchased home in less than a week. The second time we woke up to find our heat wasn't working and our thermostat said it was a wiring issue. When I called our heating service they said they couldn't get someone out until the next day but it's February and we have a three month old so that wasn't acceptable. I sent an email to charged up to see if they could take a look since the error message said it was a wire not getting power and they came out within an hour. Turns out it was just a switch that needed to be flipped, They solved the problem within 10 minutes and never charged us for the visit. We were so happy to get heat back right away!
