First of all, the price was reasonable and I was happy with the quality of the install. Most people are not too price sensitive given many utilities rebate the cost of the install, but even then Russell's quote came in under the rebate cap, whereas a quote from a competitor was over the cap (so I would've been a few hundred dollars out of pocket if I went that route). Also Russell does appy for the permit for you, which is nice. He also provides a thorough email about the available rebates, and how to qualify.

It had rained earlier in the am! :) Had an issue with the garage opener and light and the dining room lights. B/c my home is an older home (60's).. electrical issues may or may not need some updates. Rob was very frank and honest! And that's what you need and want with service. They both checked out the electrical unit and its lines and advised that there's a few more years for usage before the need to replace it. B/c as you all know, replacing anything can become costly! So I truly appreciate their honesty and not sales talking me to change/update my electric. There weren't any severe issues found. Rob truly tries to diagnose the problem and then comes up with strategies to resolve the issue. If one strategy doesn't work, he has a back up strategy/path! That I truly appreciate! Dining room lights are still flickering, but we are working on the resolution. Pricing is reasonable too! Thank you! :) Would definitely recommend him and his team's services!!! I was able to have his technician come the very next day. He arrived only a little after the promised time, evaluated the situation and used images to show the work needed to Luis. After I was given the proposal, Matheus came in a day to carry out the work. Great communication, work carried out in a good amount of time and everything neatly cleaned up. Worrying about the cost, Luis eased my mind with a reasonable cost for the amount of work that was done. All is working well and I would use Ls Electric again if needed. I would highly recommend them to friends and my family, but I also want to be a bit selfish to keep for myself;)
