When he returned to do the repair, he brought a young man with him who was so very polite and respectful I now have a new electrician. They came, they were as neat as possible, tarps and they took their shoes off before the stepped in my house, that is respectful. I don't understand this guy. I hired David to install a ceiling fan and provide me estimates on some work I might need and definitely need. At the time my HVAC was in rough shape and thought I was going to need to repair it and add an additional unit. While at the house I showed him fixture upgrade ideas I have and hire him to install a ceiling fan we had previously discussed when scheduling our appointment. I'm very flexible with availability and he said he was free the same afternoon we connected on Yelp. Anyway the ceiling fan makes a terrible grinding noise after he intalls it and he has to take it apart to redo half the work. I pay him and about an hour later it's making the same noise. No biggie. He's coming back to do the other work. Why not? He's reliable. He guarantees his work. We went to bed. The next morning he shows up. Yeah out of the blue. No appointment. Not sure why. We didn't plan anything yet and left with the understanding I'll buy the fixtures and call him when they arrive. I asked why he was at my house but don't remember what he said. Kind of creeped us out. Sooooooo, It takes us a little longer to buy the fixtures. Traveling, nothing we liked when we shopped, supply chain issues, golf, fishing trip, etc etc. It all came up. Anyway a few or so weeks go by and I reach out. He texts me back we can pick a day next week or next Saturday. I asked how is Monday? He says Monday is booked. Let's talk on Sunday and we can coordinate. Not sure if that meant I'd call him or he would call me. Nothing for about a week. I send a text asking if the following week would work for him? No reply. I call about a week later and send a text. No reply. I go to call him as I'm about to give him 1 more chance to redeem himself and rewrite this entire review with a better ending. The call sounds and feels like a blocked call. Straight to generic vm while the day before it went to his own vm. What? Huh? Is this guy for real? To test my theory I called from my other cell phone. It rang two times and he picked up. After I introduce myself he states he'll call me back in 10 minutes after he wraps up an estimate for another customer. Well if you're at this point of the review. Guess what.....he didn't call back when he said he would. No bueno. Not sure what is modus operandi is but it's not working for me. read more

Can't say anything but positive things about Dave and his work. A section of my house lost power for an inexplicable reason. I had one electrician come out and he dropped off the face of the earth. I found Dave through Yelp and he was here the following day. He arrived on time and ready to work. Dave is a very calculated individual concerned with problem-solving. His goal is to gather facts, isolate a problem and resolve it. We went around the house together and he simply said, "Tell me what you know." I did so, and we narrowed the problem down almost immediately. The job couldn't be completed in a single day, so Dave and I made a plan concerning what the solution was and when it would be implemented. He also gave me a very fair quote considering the time we spent identifying the issue. He returned a day later, again on time. Before getting to work, he indicated that he thought there could be a cleaner and more efficient, practical solution he wanted to try first. He was clear that this would not increase the approximate quote I had previously received. An hour later, he had restored the power. Dave didn't need to make any holes in my walls, run any new wires, or install or replace any equipment. He managed to track the dead short causing the issue and eliminate it. At the end of our journey, he adjusted the quote down in light of the revised solution and I was more than happy to pay for his time and effort. Throughout his visits, he was very personable and also concerned with educating me -- something I appreciated greatly. That almost guarantees them your business because who wants to waste $150 and not have any work done if you find someone cheaper or better? Out of the five electrical contractors I called, the rest has stellar reviews also and were able to provide me a FREE estimate by phone, email, or in person. It's a shame that Tower doesn't understand they first need to earn my business and by forcing me to pay for an estimate they already lost my business. Dave is the best! I couldn't recommend him enough! I had to get a Tesla home charger installed into my garage, and I had contacted 3 electricians for quotes. Right away, I could tell Dave was a good guy, and he was really easy to talk to. Also, he was extremely timely - he came over right away for the quote and he scheduled me the next day for the installation. Dave was the ONLY person who gave me the correct quote (as estimated by Tesla), and the other two electricians tried to take advantage by charging TWICE or TRIPLE as much (so ridiculous!). During the actual installation, he was very respectful and was always cheerful despite working outside in the winter all day. He even cleaned up after himself so well that my garage was cleaner than it was before he came. Amazingly, he also came by the day after everything was installed to add a holder he had specially bought for the charging cable - free of charge. He even demo'd our basement walls that had become moldy after we recently found a leak. Also, free of charge. I don't even think that's within his line of work to be doing this type of task, but he was worried that the mold was bad for us. Without exaggeration, Dave is the absolute best! He came to my house on Christmas Eve in order to do some repair work that I called him about the night before. Not only did he happily show up on Christmas Eve to help us, he even came several hours early for our convenience. As for the work itself, he fixed some faulty wiring and put up a new chandelier.
