I sent a message on their website at 8:30pm and got a response via email in less than 10 minutes. A few minutes later I was on the phone with Matt the owner who first tried to walk me through fixing the issue over the phone for no cost! (wow!). When we determined we couldn't get it to work, and that the breaker was likely bad, he asked for a picture of the breaker so he could make sure his technician had the right part to bring with in case it needed to be replaced. The technician Victor came promptly the next morning when we had agreed on the time, and did some quick tests, confirmed the breaker needed to be replaced, replaced it and got my power working in under 30 minutes. He was professional, kind, and cleaned up. We arranged payment, and I was set in about 12 hours from when I called Matt. Amazing. Keep it up!

Thankfully he was and he was able to move his schedule around to accommodate our schedules. He diagnosed and fixed several GFCI issues, our recessed lighting switch and gave us a bundled discount. He even helped my wife move our armoire back in place after replacing the dimmer switch. He is very professional, detailed and understands the value of a happy customer! I also appreciate that he gave a (reasonable) estimate based on my initial description of the project. He communicated well, showed up when we agreed, fixed the problem for a final cost very close to the initial estimate. The slight difference was to be expected as there were 4 (or 5?) circuit breakers that had to be replaced. He followed up on some other issues that he and I noticed, with a plumber that he works with, with as good an experience. For the cynics out there, John, pka Breeze is proof that there are honest, capable, personable tradespeople out there!!! Make him your go-to electrician, he's mine!
