Editing my previously bad review because I am now entirely satisfied: there was a bit of miscommunication when the job was done at first but Saadeh replied immediately to my review and showed up the next day and acknowledged that the work wasn't properly done. He quickly made things right and really went above and beyond to do things properly. Really appreciated his honesty. Saadeh is very knowledgeable and works well. His customer service was great and I will definitely call him again next time. Thanks Saadeh! read more

Dealing with a boiler or HVAC is everyone's worst nightmare but this is my third time with Saadeh of M and S. He takes all the anxiety and angst out of the situation. All three times it was an emergency or a holiday / last-minute and all three times he has come through. Super fast, honest and efficient. I cannot say enough good things about him and his company. If you're in the north part of New Jersey, this is your guy. A great guy prices things fairly and zero agita. read more

We had our mini splits "serviced" last year and it was basically getting a nitrogen shot.. It started to leak after this. We never had issues with leaking prior to this. After a year, I am coming back to write a review because we found out from neighbors that that isnt the proper way to clean the mini split. The technician did not remove the covers or clean out the drain like they were supposed to. We paid about $100 - 130 for two of our Grees and these are the only ones that leak. We had a third one that they did not get to at the time and its the only one that doesnt have issues. read more

Saadeh and team were prompt and very professional in fixing our furnace problems. They were quick to diagnose correctly that our igniter and limiter needed replacing and even returned to ensure all things ran smoothly. I would highly recommend them for any HVAC needs! read more

Saadeh reached out after my initial review and apologized for the oversight. He made time to come by the following day to complete the service and everything was taken care of quickly and thoroughly. As I mentioned in my previous review, the service and rates from M&S Technicians are awesome and the team couldn't be friendlier. I still plan to continue using them for my regular boiler/radiator maintenance and repairs. read more

Needed an AC tune-up and M&S Technicians came through. They were quick to respond and easy to reschedule with. Service was professional and would use them again. read more

Man tried to rip me off by replacing the entire AC system for $5000. Asked for an alternative and he said the compressor failed and needs a replacement which is around $2000. Called A Degree and Above from Yelp and he said compressor is completely fine(NO ISSUES AT ALL) and just needed refrigement. Total came out to roughly $500 from A Degree and Above. I greatly unappreciate how M&S tried to replace something that was completely unnecessary. Very disappointed from a buisness that has 5 star review. The worst. read more

Saadeh and M&S technicians are fantastic. We always rely on Saadeh for our HVAC needs. I trust him more than other vendors, he is always fair and helps us remotely trouble shoot for easy things to make sure it's nothing we can fix ourselves. Resourceful, responsive, and just a pleasure to deal with. Thank you Saadeh! read more

I bought a house with 15+ years old HVAC units and I knew I needed to replace them so I started searching for good HVAC contractor. Since I have Costco and home depot credit cards, I called them to get estimate and their prices are absurd. After doing some research I found that the 3rd party companies they partner with are not worth the price and many suggested to find local HVAC contractor. So I started searching and inquired with couple of them. Most tried to upsell and were very pushy. When I spoke to Saadeh, I felt he was honest and he gave me a reasonable price. So i decided to go with him even though other companies tried to price match his estimate and I am glad I did. He did a great job replacing my old system with new one. He is a man of few words but he answered all my questions. I would recommend M&S to anyone who has HVAC problems or needs replacement. read more

My first review since Covid and very pleased. My HVAC wasn't working properly (temp would stay at a constant 77 deg f) so I called these guys to come take a look. They were pretty booked but were able to see me in a few days. Two technicians came over and were very professional (full mask and gloves). Turns out the issue was an operator error on my part. Even so they did a great job inspecting the whole system. We were able to negotiate a great price for roughly 40min of work, 100% was worth it getting everything back up to speed. I would recommend you check them out for your HVAC needs. read more

In this wonderful country, we have the motto "In God We Trust. When it comes to HVAC, " In M&S We Trust". Saadeh and his workers are very reliable, trustworthy, reasonable and responsive. I've been using this company for years for both heating and air conditioning. I urge everyone, before you ink a deal with anyone else, consider asking M&S for an estimate. This past April I hired M&S Mechanical to repair my furnace. The reviews here were very good! But...It took a long very long time, and a lot of money, for them to fix it. One issue after another. Brought the wrong parts, even went on vacation....I'm a patient person, and I gave Sadaah every opportunity to get this right. My tenant was understanding. And in retrospect I really regret hiring M&S. Because now I have problems again- as soon as the new heating season has begun. My tenant called, and he said he "doesn't service" my area now. If you're lucky, he doesn't service yours, because this is not someone you should call. And I want to warn you in advance! Please avoid! read more

Not dependable, came by we told them what another HVAC company had told us to see if it was accurate , and to get a quote.Afterwards we asked when they can come back and do the work ,never responded or returned to do the work .I guess they didn't want the job read more

My water heater tank died on a Sunday. I was nervous because I might not be able to find anyone working on Sunday's. I called around and found Saadeh. He told me he can get a new water tank over to my house in an hour. I texted him my old model and the set up and he immediately went to Home Depot and searched for it. Didn't have it at the first home depot so he went to another Home Depot and luckily they had one available. He got it to my house in 30min after that and started on the job. He and his crew member worked quickly and efficiently. He started to drain the old tank, dismantle it, and put in the new one right after. My pvc flue pipe was old and didn't connect properly so Saadeh went back to Home Depot and got a new pipe for me with the proper connection. I really appreciate it since I prefer to have the connection done properly and he had no problem making another trip to Home Depot. The whole job was completed in two and a half hours, would be faster but he had to run to the store. He's a cool guy, easy to talk to, very knowledgeable in plumbing and would definitely recommend Saadeh if you need a hot water tank replacement. Pricing is good, given that he came on a Sunday on a short notice. Would definitely call him again if I need other repairs in my house. read more

AC became a block of ice, and M&S was call and shadowed up on time. They clean and Check the entire system and found the problem. It's rare that you run into a business that is as professional, friendly, efficient and as honest as M&S Technicians. My air conditioning system was not working and we were facing record hot temperatures. The owner and his technician responded promptly and my system was good to go within 24 hours of my initial call, and all at a fair price. I choose M&S over the poor service and exorbitant price I had received from my utility company, who I had subscribed to a paid appliance repair service with. I would highly recommend M&S to anyone in need of service and I will be using them to on an ongoing basis for annual maintenence and service calls. Thank you, SAADEH and your technician!!! read more

I just purchased a two family home in Jersey City. In a matter of a week, both units were having issues with the AC units not turning on. The place is new construction, so I was immediately concerned about a broader electrical issue (or something even worse). I found Saadeh on Yelp, and I can tell you his 5 star reviews are warranted. He answered the phone immediately, was at our place on the next business day and was honest. He could have easily made up a more complicated issue, and I wouldn't have been any wiser. He didn't, and he was incredibly fair with pricing. That's the one thing you can't put a value on - integrity. He just gained a lifelong customer. Thanks, Saadeh! read more

2nd Review. Love this company! They pulled out all stops to try to help me from having to replace my air conditioning unit last summer. I don't know how many times they've come to my home to look at that busted thing. Saadeh was always patient, available, kind, honest, and professional! If I could give them 10 stars I would, they're awesome. Fast forward to spring and I just knew my A/C wouldnt make it, so I didn't hesitate to reach out to M&S. They quickly installed our new unit and left everything better than they found it. Look no further, they've got what you need. Thanks for everything guys! read more

This business provided an excellent and urgent service. Best value overall! We are very satisfied.

Sadeeh was really quick to respond to a request for an estimate to get a new hot water heater. He replaced it within a day of our first contact and at a great price. Throughout the process, his communication was smooth and helpful, including a follow-up to make sure things were going well with the new heater. He and his partner cleaned up the workspace when they were done, leaving it cleaner than it was before they arrived. We'll definitely work with M&S again. read more

installed a heating and cooling system for me, but it stopped working a year later. when i called and asked them to take a look (first for heating) when it stopped working in a snowstorm, i was given multiple excuses, put off several times, and had to use space heaters in below freezing weather. Ultimately, they didn't follow up for the entire season. Now, in the summer, the a/c is also not working. Again, given the runaround, first told no appointments available, then he didn't answer my call, now saying he cannot come fix the system he installed and i will have to find someone else. Disappointed in a business that doesn't stand by it's work, is unavailable to help, and left me hanging in the extremes of summer and winter after paying thousands of dollars. read more

Appreciate the professional installation of two new central units on short notice and in hot weather. Pricing is way more reasonable than highly reviewed contractors I found servicing Paramus. I've had a few contractors refuse to provide rough estimates and availability until they walk the entire house, only to come back with a ridiculous price. M&S provided me with detailed estimates for various types of equipment and were very responsive by phone and text. Equipment was delivered quickly after approving the quote and was installed the very next day. The team performed the removal/installation of two zones (total 8 pieces of heavy equipment) in 95 degree weather! They went to work immediately after arriving and completed the installation, testing and cleanup sooner than I expected. I also appreciate the follow-up from the team to make sure the system was running smoothly. It's rare to find honest and hard-working technicians in the current environment. read more

Saadeh has been my go-to plumber for several years now, and he has consistently provided prompt and efficient service. Recently, I found out that they also offer water heater services, so I asked Saadeh to clean my tankless water heater. During the process, he discovered some issues with the furnace sensors that were causing loud noises whenever the heat was turned on. Despite having hired another technician to fix the problem twice in the past two years, it remained unresolved. He was able to quickly address the issue and will fully resolve it during the AC maintenance appointment next month. I highly recommend Saadeh for his excellent services. read more

Furnace did not work . Came late and quoted $1100 to replace a $50 part (I looked for the part he he described online while he was talking) that would take an hour to replace. I called him on this and asked how can he justify 1050 an hour labor . Btw, a new furnace is less than 1100. ---------edit Got call from owner who admit quote was too high and offered to go back and fix for reasonable cost . I'll give him credit for calling back fast and admitting his tech messed up. Changing review from 1 star to 3 stars. --edit--going back to one star--- Called pseg , Cleared rust in gas line caused by outside pipe work . Furnace kicked in . I have heat again. So not only did you try to charge me 1100 to replace a 50 dollar part in which you told me would take an hour, I paid the 95 dollar diagnostic in which you said the part that was broken was really not broken . I gave you money to give me a wrong diagnostic !! I would have ended up paying 1100 for something that did not need to be replaced and still have no heat. Just be aware , when a GC quotes you a price for a part , look online for the actual cost. I confronted your tech why he would bill 1100 to install a 59 dollar board that takes an hour to replace. He gave a weird response that if I go to a restaurant , the meal will cost more than the sum of the ingredients . read more
