He and his man shoveled all the walkways and the driveway so my wife could get her car out in the morning. They did this because they wanted to make sure the repair would work, and after the installation of the part, there was a certain amount of time the system needed to reboot. I repeatedly tried to pay him for all the extra attention and he refused. This is a true pay it forward company. There are few of these type of businesses these days. He limits his client base because it's not about the money it's more of a passion for this guy. I wish you nothing but more success.

Blueray (Sam) came by and found that a broken wire (thanks Huskies) was all that was causing the issue and the unit was just fine. I sent Yelp and direct-website-messages to 7-8 companies. Most of them never even bothered to respond (despite sending follow-up messages) and 2 said they don't do that sort of work even though they are plumbers? WaterMac not only responded quickly, but they were able to come out to inspect quickly, and he was even able to fix it in the same trip. The technician also gave me separate quotes for other things he noticed that could use some work, and I was able to pick and choose which ones I wanted done right then and there, and I have the quotes in my email to reference if I want to go ahead with additional service later on. I can't speak on the price, since I got no responses from other places to compare with, but I appreciate WaterMac being responsive and communicative. The technician Justin was also right on time and very professional. One thing to note is that they charge $60 to come out and quote, but if you go with them for the service too, they will put that $60 towards the bill.
