WaterMac not only responded quickly, but they were able to come out to inspect quickly, and he was even able to fix it in the same trip. The technician also gave me separate quotes for other things he noticed that could use some work, and I was able to pick and choose which ones I wanted done right then and there, and I have the quotes in my email to reference if I want to go ahead with additional service later on. I can't speak on the price, since I got no responses from other places to compare with, but I appreciate WaterMac being responsive and communicative. The technician Justin was also right on time and very professional. One thing to note is that they charge $60 to come out and quote, but if you go with them for the service too, they will put that $60 towards the bill.
