He repaired it and then called Sal to assess a revised fee. They charged me $225 which considering their professionalism was fair and reasonable. I would most definitely use them again and I would recommend their services to anyone in need of plumbing in this area. As someone who has used professional services in multiple states for construction I found this company to be a straight shooter. If you're looking for a bargain you're barking up the wrong tree here. In another 45 minutes, he is at our doorstep with a drain snake. After the first cleaning, the situation remains. He explained that the issue might be happening too deep, in which case I needed to call a different service, but to make sure, he tried again. In the second attempt, it looked more difficult to send a snake head inside the pipe but I guess it is because the head is hitting the exact place the issue is happening. This time, it worked.
