So quick at responding, he knew exactly what needed to be done and got it done within a couple of hours! I would recommend his service. And the price wasn't outrageous it was the regular price I was being quoted. Oh I needed a gas line to run to my stove, and he nailed it. Stove is up and running read more

Punctual, neat, and personable. This was my first time using his services, and I was very satisfied with the quality of his work.

As he was on his way, he asked how I was paying. I said my contractor would pay with his credit card. He said he doesn't accept credit cards. I told him I'll pay by check. 30 seconds later, he sends me a text saying, I have an emergency. I'm not able to make it!! Not nice!! read more

Odaine is definitely worth doing business with. He: ~ showed up significantly EARLY for the job ~ came prepared ~ did the job correctly and efficiently (new toilet install) and even took the old one away ~ was polite and and had a great demeanor (even when being asked the same questions 94x by my parents who the job was for lol) ~ Odaine actually DID ANOTHER JOB while he was here, FOR FREE, just because he saw something wrong and wanted to fix it for them (nobody does that anymore) ~ And he charged WHAT HE QUOTED ME for the job - nothing more. It was a pleasure doing business with Odaine. We'll be doing business with him again in the future, and I would highly recommend that you do the same! read more

Plumber was nice. Work was good and done right. But price was high. I felt overcharged at $1000 to replace toilet tank insert and shower hardware. read more

O' Daine who runs this business is a professional, he knows his craft. I had a kitchen sink clog and a bathroom sink clog. He took care of both along with replacement of metal pipe with PVC one on the same day, working till late evening. He used judgement not to break open a wall closet to get access to the metal pipe's Y section and rather fixed it with epoxy due to a leak. Overall, I am impressed by the diligence, care, knowledge and punctuality of O' Daine to show customer first approach. Also, his price is very reasonable. I would be a lifelong customer of him if he continues to show these traits read more

Low ball price. Then commits to do job but never returns calls and ghosts you. Didn't show for promised project and wouldn't return calls.

Reliable Service, well named plumbing biz. Everything was better than any experience I have had with plumbers over the years. Odaine kept me appraised of his arrival and the work was quick, clean and as quoted! read more

Odaine was very pleasant to have help us at our building. He had to fix a urinal in one of our bathrooms and came immediately with the parts and got the job done. The parts given to us by the supplier were actually faulty when first installed, so Odaine took them back and got replacement pieces and had the whole thing fixed the next day, making sure the job was done perfectly. It was a pleasure getting to know him, and we will definitely be using him for our building again when need be. read more

Best plumbing service I've used in 10 years; efficient, tidy, trustworthy, completed repairs that other plumbers said could not be done, and had the best price of everyone I interviewed. Unfortunately I'm providing an update to my review. We found a leak in our bathroom and got reached out to by Reliable Drain. He said he would fix a wax seal in the toilet same day. He was very nice, and did come over the same day. However, when I asked about the wax seal replacement, he said there was nothing wrong with the wax seal, and that he fixed the toilet being crooked. We paid him for the job. The next day, we didn't use the toilet at all and saw another leak. He came over and said that the sink was actually the issue (meaning there was nothing to fix with the toilet). He said to call him whenever we get a new faucet, and he'd install it for us. We got a new faucet and called and he said he would come fix it for a fee. We said that technically he should've identified the issue the first time, and we shouldn't have to pay several hundred to install a sink faucet because of this. He agreed and said he would come over, and we waited all day, but he never did. I called the next morning very calmly and put the blame on myself for not getting an exact time. This time he said he would come mid-day. I asked "12pm?" And he said "Most likely." I wanted the sink ready before guests came. He never came over and replied to any of my messages. I last asked if he can't come over if I can at least get half a refund because my issue was never fixed. Still no response. Super unprofessional and disrespectful for a this company to treat a new homeowner like this. read more
