I live in a Condo, so DMC provided all the necessary documents including certificate of insurance before I signed any agreements. It was easy to communicate with DMC via email and phone and everyone I dealt with was polite and friendly. Installation was done within one day and all technicians who came to my house were friendly and professional. Oscar, who I believe was the lead technician, was patient, friendly, a nice guy. So far the system has been running fine. I will update my review at a later time should anything change. With the service I was provided by DMC I feel comfortable and confident using their service in the future for HVAC and plumbing needs.
