Highly recommend... We had a pipe burst at about 930 pm...called MULTIPLE companies that claimed they were a 24/7 emergency service. This was not the case, as a matter of fact one company told us to stay with family or friends until they could get out to us, which was 3 days later. With a 9 month old baby, waiting was not an option. A friend recommended this company and within 30 minutes Brian was at our door. Within minutes he diagnosed the problem and quickly rectified the situation. Sean was in contact with my wife to ensure the job got done. Sean & Brian have helped us out for quite some time now. We bought a new house back in 17' and there was soooooo many issues with it and plumbing was one of the main problems. Sean, Brian and a few other workers helped to replace our sewer line, and increase our water pressure. It was definitely not an easy job nor was it cheap! But Sean and Brian helped us out and got it done in a timely manner. Sean usually always gets back to me and if he doesn't he leaves me a voicemail which is very much appreciated. Brian is not the best at answering his phone (but it's probably because he sees that I am calling haha). We have had a couple mishaps happen in the house after the big job was finished. Brian came out to help us with a sink that had fallen out of our wall and helped remove the very heavy porcelain sink to the outside and capped the pipes for us. Sean usually gets a phone call from us if the toilet stops working or if it isn't filling right. Either way one of them always shows up (even if it isn't the day of). They are great guys and we are very lucky to have found plumbers like them. They are both very qualified, always do excellent jobs, and know what they are talking about. Be aware, they have a lot of clients and big jobs to do so if you need them call them ahead of time if you can. read more

If zero stars was an option that's what I would have chosen. I used this plumbing service for a simple clogged shower drain - something that should've been fixed quickly using a snake. The plumber came out and was clearly having trouble with the snake, but kept forcing it through the drain. The next thing I know he yelled to me that he pulled out insulation. He had went through my pipes with the snake. He called his boss and he showed up to fix the problem, which he did, but not without having to put a large hole in my wall first. This was done on a Friday and they said they could come back Monday to fix the hole. Come Monday they cancelled and rescheduled to Wednesday, which was frustrating but understandable. On Wednesday however after waiting for them all day they decided not to show up and did not call or answer any of my calls or texts. I did not receive a call until the next evening saying there was a family emergency and he promised to be there Saturday. Well I guess it is my fault for believing him because again he was a no show with no calls or responses to my calls. It is now almost 2 weeks since the initial visit and I have not heard from them and still have a hole in my wall. Please think twice before using this company! I have never experienced such horrific service in my life. read more

Initially, Sean was good about responding and we confirmed a date and time frame to come check out the bathroom to get a quote. He sends a planner and everything, but then doesn't show up. He doesn't call to say he's going to be late/can't make it. He doesn't respond to any of my yelp messages or phone calls. His voicemail states to leave a message and someone should get back to you in about 10 minutes and yet he never called to give me an update. It's very unprofessional and frustrating. I can't speak to the quality of his work, but the lack of professionalism to at least give a heads up that plans changed or an apology for not showing up at all is enough to be deterred from using ADS plumbing. read more

I was initially very pleased with the response time to schedule a visit and then install a new toilet. However, the unwillingness to respond to a billing discrepancy and submit the necessary paperwork to our home service warranty provider has left me unimpressed. I had an appointment with Sean from ads plumbing on Saturday July 4th between 10 -11 am. He texts me about 10:45 am and says he's running late and will be there by 1:30 pm the latest. I waited for him and even texted him to see if he was on his way, and HE never showed up. No call or text, or explanation. I wouldn't recommend a business that doesn't show up. read more

I don't usually write reviews, I am so frustrated that I thought I had to write this! At start Sean was very friendly and told me customer satisfaction is everything in his business. We needed to change a faucet in our bathroom...he talked us into a water softener, $2000.00 and never got the invoice as promised after multiple phone calls and text. After the installation he said he would come over to do a vinegar clean (still waiting) after many phone calls and texts (no response). He made a few appointments and all were no show no call. I called him from my other phone, he actually picked up, apologized and said he had a death in the family and set an appointment to come back, he actually showed up and said he will personally come back and perform the job (never showed up) no call or text! Weeks later we had a leak in the shower and needed a new shower head so I sent him a text, he replied and said he would be here on Tuesday the 25th between 9 to 11, today is Wednesday the 26th and I'm still waiting. We have adjusted our schedule every time he said he will be here. I would definitely never recommend this plunger to anyone... stay clear!!!! read more

I hired a partner from this company to fix the boiler. They arrived 3/11/2019. The workers did not speak much. When the job was finished, the gentlemen left and for two or three days afterwards, the heat was not "coming up" properly. I sent texts to the "owner" Sean about someone coming out to determine the problem; today is 3/18/19 and no one has contacted me. The company was paid by me and I was still not getting heat (the house was comfortable, before the malfunction) and the owner was notified by me and Sean ignored my communication. We had a warm day Friday and I turned the heat off; days before, it was cold in my home. I was preparing to contact the licensing bureau, BBB, Trenton (Master Plumbers Org. etc.) Saturday, we needed heat and my family turned it back on and it works fine. I do not know where the glitch was. But, Sean never, ever called and that is unacceptable. I will continue to let the public know Sean's behavior stinks! He tries to be arrogant,condescending and he is dishonest. When he speaks to you, he acts as if he is talking to a senile person. In this case, I found out how the company inflates part prices which the customer may not know. It is better to buy your own parts. I'll never use his company again. What a headache! read more
