I called our plumber and he was down for count with Covid. He recommended John DeGrace. John was at my house within 30 minutes of my call. He had a crew at my house 8:30 the next morning. Because of some prior bad decisions the job was a lot more complex than just replacing a furnace. The water heater had to be physically moved to allow access and all of the pipes had to be replaced and/or rerouted. It was a two day job but John promised we'd have heat before the cold front and he was true to his word. Not only that but his guys were clean and respectful of our home. They were also very accommodating if we asked them to wait outside while we dressed or cared for my aunt. Never a hesitation to tell us no problem, take your time, let us know when. They asked me to send a video of my problem and they would waive any assessment fee. After they received my video they quickly returned with an estimate of $300 to $400. Considering they really couldn't fully evaluate the problem without seeing it up close I agreed. They gave me an appointment for early the next day with a one hour window. They called 20 minutes before they arrived Promptly within the planned time. They diagnosed a PVC pipe that came unsealed from the trash disposal, this loose connection was causing the leak. He repaired it and then called Sal to assess a revised fee. They charged me $225 which considering their professionalism was fair and reasonable. I would most definitely use them again and I would recommend their services to anyone in need of plumbing in this area. As someone who has used professional services in multiple states for construction I found this company to be a straight shooter. If you're looking for a bargain you're barking up the wrong tree here. In August of 2022 I had a plumber come out and claim to have fixed my sewerage drain problem along with a hefty price tag. It worked for three months and then at the end of November my sewer pipe began backing up again and even worse! I called the original plumber and he could not have been any less helpful. I was desperate and asked Cat D. for help and she highly recommended Jersey Drains (as you can see by her review). Alex from Jersey Drains called me back immediately after I left a message and said he would be over later that day. Perfect! I was scared what he may find and how much this whole thing would cost. Alex ended up being a little later than he expected, but he kept us updated and it was never a big deal. When he arrived he was shocked to find how much sewer water came out of our pipe.
