It is a 15-year-old condo unit; this is the first time the waste pipe has been completely clogged. I tried baking soda and vinegar, but it didn't work. I also detached U-pipe and cleaned it but didn't work. So I needed professional service. How it worked: About 90 minutes after leaving the message, I received a phone call from Mario, the plumber. In another 45 minutes, he is at our doorstep with a drain snake. After the first cleaning, the situation remains. He explained that the issue might be happening too deep, in which case I needed to call a different service, but to make sure, he tried again.
