Great company so honest. I had two plumbers in before them for a clogged drain First plumber…read moresaid he snaked the line and I needed a new toilet (the toilet is 6 years old - super flush). Next A. J. Perri comes out because drain is clogged. That person said probably a bird or animal clogged the vent on the roof. He left - never even tried to clear the drain. He said maybe a new toilet. He left. Called Advanced, John Lyman came out. Looked over the drains (sink and shower) no others were backed up. He cleared the clog and we were good. He told me it is guaranteed for 30 days and don't hesitate to call us if it clogs again. Amen to an honest company. Summary - don't use A. J. Perri - use Advanced - a family-owned business that cares about its reputation and work - It does not try to sell you anything you don't need.

I Never did tell Josh, their Technician, we had just hired another plumbing company 3 days earlier to clean out the line...but to no avail. Today, Monday, Josh assessed both outside and inside sewage clean outs ...and with a determination and professional approach ...with a NEVER GIVE UP attitude...tackled the job after HOURS of determination and HARD WORK!! HE BUSTED A**! I have 37 plus years as an Airline tech myself...and was in Management before retiring. So 3 days before the temps were predicted to drop to 4 degrees, I found myself with a cracked…read morefurnace and no heat. It has been a pretty mild winter but that was scheduled to change and while I could manage - or relocate - my 98 y.o. bed-bound aunt could not. I called our plumber and he was down for count with Covid. He recommended John DeGrace. John was at my house within 30 minutes of my call. He had a crew at my house 8:30 the next morning. Because of some prior bad decisions the job was a lot more complex than just replacing a furnace. The water heater had to be physically moved to allow access and all of the pipes had to be replaced and/or rerouted. It was a two day job but John promised we'd have heat before the cold front and he was true to his word. Not only that but his guys were clean and respectful of our home. They were also very accommodating if we asked them to wait outside while we dressed or cared for my aunt. Never a hesitation to tell us no problem, take your time, let us know when.
