All Week sent a technician who rewired the system and broke the air in the basement…read more Buyer Beware. They failed to properly document a service visit, and refused to explain what happened. The claim is that the invoice was from 3 years ago, and nobody that works there now, was working there three years ago! Suspicious. The technician (Mark) came to my home and "rewired" the system, causing the A/C in the basement to fail. They have refused to provide a last name, telling me that this is because they prohibit customers from contacting the technicians directly. After all, they don't want to lose business. Passed Around. I called All Week, spoke with somebody, who redirected me to Yola, who redirected me to Christina. Yola provided misinformation, stating that nothing was touched in my system, that this was solely an inspection. I proceeded to remind her that the invoice states that something was "rewired". She went on to state, that I didn't understand how technicians write. No Stars. I don't leave 1-star reviews, as it seems it is out of spite. Review my account and see there are zero 1-star reviews. Leaving 2-stars doesn't accurately reflect my rating for this business. Wild Price Swings. Christina said the cost is $145 for a visit. Yola said the price is $125. This is for a verbal report only. If you need them to write up a statement, they will charge $425. They charged me $265. Their pricing swings wildly. The actual pricing can be answered with another question: how much are you willing to pay? Broken A/C System. They came to see what was wrong, broke the A/C by rewiring something. Now they want me to pay for somebody else to come and diagnose what they broke. I'm calling AJ Perri, at least he posts some informative responses on Quora. Everybody at All Week is anonymous. Not to mention employee retention and customer retention is non-existent. "All we can do is transcribe what was written in the invoice, and we don't know what happened because that was 3 years ago!" - Christina, All Week - Administrative Management for Customer Retention

Work done - Replaced a leaking Water Heater and added an expansion tank…read more B.Z. uses Bradford White tanks which was a plus for me; I am a research geek before I buy and wanted B.W. Do your homework folks and don't respond from crisis mode. Model = Bradford White High Efficiency Gas Water Heater (250H6n) = 4.4 gallon Thermal expansion tank The initial request for an estimate: We called in the afternoon, Bryan (the owner) came out nice and early the next morning. He gave us a quote "on the spot", no smoke and mirrors or I'll get back to you. Pricing: I bid out the job to several companies and B.Z. was VERY fair and worked with us on all my options. Responded to any/all changes until we reached the actual setup I wanted. Customer Service: Guys were respectful and even had a sense of humor. There was also a mixup with the expansion tank given by the supplier; was smaller than what I ordered. When I noticed and let the guys know; Bryan himself showed up to deliver the correct size tank. He/they didn't choose to try and sell me on why it doesn't matter or any other bs. I truly appreciated the just get it corrected approach Bryan took. The install: Work began the next day after I signed. Clean install, they addressed any code violations and all seems well so far :) We will be using B.Z. again in the future and would recommend them to friends as well. If my experiences change I will be transparent so everything is accurate. Really hope this helps someone when they need it.

They asked me to send a video of my problem and they would waive any assessment fee. After they received my video they quickly returned with an estimate of $300 to $400. Considering they really couldn't fully evaluate the problem without seeing it up close I agreed. They gave me an appointment for early the next day with a one hour window. They called 20 minutes before they arrived Promptly within the planned time. They diagnosed a PVC pipe that came unsealed from the trash disposal, this loose connection was causing the leak. He repaired it and then called Sal to assess a revised fee. They charged me $225 which considering their professionalism was fair and reasonable. I would most definitely use them again and I would recommend their services to anyone in need of plumbing in this area. As someone who has used professional services in multiple states for construction I found this company to be a straight shooter. If you're looking for a bargain you're barking up the wrong tree here. This review is regarding a urgent job that Luis and team performed on the 4th of July…read more Long story short, the night of the 3rd, when replacing a lighting fixture, our main circuit breaker switch blew, and our entire house was without power (AC included). Luis picked up his phone ASAP around midnight and said he'd contact me and come by in the morning. He came in the morning once he found the new breaker he thought i needed. (Supply houses were closed given the holiday. Given the age of our panel, Luis recommended we switch out the panel so it could properly hold the new main switch and organized wires, as they no longer make the main switch that we had which broke. Luis left and came back with another member of his team about an hour later. As our electric panel is in the basement, they worked downstairs, even when we were not at the house. They worked for about 7 hours straight and restored our power. He even helped out by confirming the light fixture was installed properly. All of this was done with a really fair price, especially considering this was on July 4th. We've had no issues since the job was done, and are grateful for the job that was done.
