While calling around for estimates Max from LINLI was kind enough to Google my address & gave me the best quote. It seems that LINLI & WT Heating work together. I requested an in home assessment & the recommendation was adjusted upward based upon my future needs. Their price was still MUCH better than anyone else I called. I decided to use them & I am thrilled!!!! Two men arrived & went right to work! They answered all my questions & placed each unit where I wanted them. They also cleaned up & carried away the debris. They demonstrated how to use the units & how to clean the filters. We've had our system now for 3 months. I could not be more pleased. I highly recommend LINLI/WT Heating for a ductless installation!

FYI, I also found their company on Google under Friendship Refrigeration. They are HONEST, very hard-working, courteous and quick! I had dealt with dozens of companies who charge just over $200 to just come and look at your unit. Many even refused to come. Some even told me I had to replace my unit when I have a perfectly functioning unit! Albert and his colleague ( with 30 yrs of AC/refrigeration experience)came this Saturday afternoon walked me thru the whole process and even guaranteed the work as best as they could. I watched him work on the motor and fix it within an hour. They were lovely! I have 3 units and will definitely be calling them again for all my maintenance and needs!

I've been searching for a plumber for at least a month to help tie up some loose ends that a…read moreprevious contractor wasn't able to complete. The plumber who was originally supposed to do the job tried to reschedule last minute and left me in the lurch as I'd already rearranged my schedule to have my plumbing done a specific day. Fortunately I found Frank who gave me a reasonable estimate within a day and who was able to accommodate my schedule and requirements. Frank showed up on time, fully prepared, and got straight to work. While I'm quite sure some difficulties with the job popped up, he quietly handled them to make sure that ultimately, the job got done and done well. He cleaned up, did a neat plumbing job and left my apartment in fully working order. Frank is honest, responsive, flexible, and accommodating. After reviewing at least 3-4 plumbers and having the last one bail on me, Frank came in at the ready. It's time consuming and difficult finding a fairly priced, direct, and honest contractor in general, so I'm very grateful that I was able to find Frank. If you need something done, go with Maximo Plumbing!

I contacted a couple of them. One plumber came out looked at it and didn't know where to shut the water off at. He then never came back. I contacted Maximo and immediately got a response as well as quick quote. Guillermo came ready with everything (even the replacement hardware), looked at it and began the work. He kept me informed every step of the way about what they were doing. They came at 2 and finished about 5ish. We had previously agreed about a price. Yet I gave him a bit more because he also changed my bathroom sink faucet which the handle was broken.. the next day when I had a small issue, he came back quickly and fixed it. All in all, I probably would use him again.

New to this whole thing and Daniel made it easy Ultimately gathered 11-12 quotes and went with them in the end as they showed a lot of knowledge and answered all my questions quickly and promptly They seem relatively fair with the pricing for the work they do. And can certainly say not many who can offer 5+ years of labor warranty if that's what you are looking for -- Service day of appt: although a little tardy, the staff kept everything tidy and completed the job within the day (~7 hours) -- Post service: although heating and cooling is working. The heating does not warm as quick as before. Messaged Daniel and he got a rep to check on it the following wk to get this resolved. Would recommend them to anyone looking for HVAC services

So when I called they said the earliest was end of December. Here I thought it would be later in the day! When I asked why so far ftom my Nov 11th date all they said was they had to be available for emergency calls of no heat. They obviously don't need my business!

John conducted a thorough inspection, delivered the facts, and built trust by recommending against an upgrade in the near term as the unit was old but still functioning. Now, two years later, we called for some maintenance and asked for a quote to replace the old system. Less than a week later the hardware was delivered, installed in less than one day, and is working flawlessly. John personally ensured that all existing dampers and zones were working correctly, installed new connected thermostats, and ensured that we were thoroughly satisfied with the job. Would recommend without reservation to anyone.
