The selection is very nice of higher end and larger 24inches in height exterior lighting. Now the place could be neater and cleaned up but the selection makes up for it. The layout is perfect with interior, exterior, etc organized and laid out so you can see them. What I appreciated more was they had the larger pieces 24" or larger also displayed so you have an idea of the difference between smaller exterior lights and larger ones. Our sales guy was nice and knowledgeable but should up his wardrobe to look more professional and not some street guy from Portland, OR selling wood carved fish...I know because I had reps in OR...Nice guy...The other sales person was female and dressed very business casual which is more appropriate. No stars off because this guy knew his stuff and it was a weekend...Regardless, improve the look. Good place for lights. Higher end but if you just bought a $15k+ dual door why would I want $200 lights to go beside it? Definitely the place to go for lighting that is not cookie cutter and plain.

Reached out them thru their website and got a reply from Mike (the owner) within few minutes. They collect initial information such as electric panel, location of installation and pathway from main box to the location. Mike stopped by few days later to survey the property and provided me an exact quote via online. The quote site provides option to pre-qualify for financing which was a convenient option. Once I accepted the quote, got an installation appointment date 2 weeks away. On appointment day, Gladiator team arrived right on time. They did an amazing job of pulling the cable through my basement ceiling without cutting or poking anything. They used good quality material to run the cable through the trench to the charging dock. They installed the charger and ensured my Tesla was charging properly post installation. It took them about 6 hours to complete the job and they were dedicated to it through out the time. John, Jessie, Marcus were amazing. Gladiator pulled the permit and scheduled inspection with the town. I received notification emails for each of the appointments and reminders as well. Once inspection was done, I got all the documents from them to submit to PSE&G for rebate program. Overall I had an amazing experience working with Mike and Gladiator team. He was professional and honest, and even helped me to get my lamp in the car. I reached out to a few places, but Canal Sound & Light were the only ones who could do it. That was my lucky break. Saturday before the event, the venue calls to say their HVAC system is busted and they need to move us to a different location down the street. Canal Sound & Light were awesome throughout. Even though I'd never organized a meeting like this, they identified what we needed, gave us a reasonable quote for it, made themselves available for setup and teardown before/after the event, and even adjusted the equipment rental and pricing on the fly when they realized we didn't need a TV because the new venue had one in place already. Everyone was super nice, clearly knew what they were doing, and yet never talked down to me. And the sound was so good, the remote participants could hear us better than we could hear each other in the room. @_@ The event was August 2022, but I realized I never wrote a review.
