Montillo's already been paid for the job that no one in my building saw happen, so I guess he does not care. $900+ dollars to inspect a 4 unit building. Unsure if there were any repairs. I asked him to look at the ceiling fan as it was making a ticking sound, and told him everyone hearing it said that was the sound of a ceiling fan dying (which would mean replacing two as it had a twin nearby). He went up and pulled down the fan housing. He called me to show me a wire that had apparently been looped, but had become undone.
