I asked a few questions, everything was straight forward and easy to understand. On the day of the project, we talked over in detail my options for a fireplace outlet. Without a doubt I had full confidence that they would be able to finish the project, not only successfully, but presentable and neatly. A few approvals and the project began. Juan and Tony treated my home as their own. They put drop clothes and plastic sheeting over everything to protect furniture, floor, etc. Used a vac and everything to keep a clean working area. Tony is very knowledgeable of the install! They tackled the attic to run wires, got the electrical box on the fireplace, and the rest was history! They also included mounting my full motion tv mount. Price was reasonable and great workmanship. I didn't have to stay and walk them through anything. They were 10000% knowledgable and trustworthy people! Completely comfortable with them, they felt like family! My key point: they treated my home like their own and made it how they would install in their home. They came by, inspected the existing installation, then gave me a quote to replace the lighting. The quote was very fair, and so I gave them the ok to proceed. During the replacement, they showed me parts of the existing wiring, that was not done properly for an outdoor installation. However, they replaced the improper wiring connections at no extra charge. When they put down the tarp, I noticed it was VERY dirty, with tiny pieces of drywall debris on it. I asked them to remove it and then shake it outside. When they lifted it from the floor, I saw that the floor was coated with white drywall dust. So *both* sides of the tarp were dirty. Lack of attention to detail and lack of respect for the client's home. Not ok. At some point I suggested we cover the granite countertop where one of the employees was working to protect it from damage in case a tool should accidentally drop on it. Instead of accommodating my (reasonable) request, he resisted, saying "Nothing will drop". Not ok.

I have not had a lot of opportunities to write positive reviews for contractors. So, when there is such a chance, I really want to yell it from the rooftops! I needed another AC installed. I messed up and only thought about the width and the height. Didn't take into account that I have bars behind the window that would limit the depth! Lav took off the brackets and reinstalled them in a spot that would make the AC fit. And again, non nonsense! So many guys out there would say "that was a bigger job then expected. I need more money". Lav is such an honorable man in addition to a pleasant demeanor and great work!
