After being advised of the hourly rate, they came out and performed the work. I was left with a bill for over $1,000 since the work apparently took over 8 hours to perform. If I had any idea of the final cost I never would have signed up for the work. I could've replaced the light with a solar powered light for $30 and just abandoned the bad line. It just wasn't worth $1,000 and I don't understand how it took 8 hours to complete, especially when I saw the majority of work was already completed after ~2.5 hrs. I spoke to the owner and they offered a small discount which was appreciated but ultimately they didn't feel as though my concerns were valid or worth giving any further consideration.
