My wife and I were having problems with a low-voltage track lighting system that was over twenty years old and no longer manufactured. Avi was terrifically helpful in accommodating to our schedule and getting someone out to assess the issue as quickly as possible. Gerry was on time, professional and extraordinarily helpful. More specifically, he patiently diagnosed the problem and ingeniously found a way to rewire the failing track segment thereby bringing it back to life. All the while, he was a gentle, easy presence in our apartment (and tolerated the occasional interference from our three cats with good humor).
