They are very quick to lock you in for business when you first inquire and request payment. They did the initial electrical upgrades in a timely fashion (July 2025) however, they missed the first inspection (December 2025) with the city. Never even notified me about it. It took me months of pulling teeth for them to schedule the make up inspection that finally happened in July 2026, 7 months later. It was a very stressful year long experience where I wasn't sure if the job would ever be completed. If you like the anxiety, stress and delays, then go for it. read more

Professional. Fast without sparing quality. Very reasonably priced. I was quoted $1,100 for the same job from another service, Just under a hair of 2x times what A-PRO quoted. Didn't leave behind a mess. And was nice enough to make sure the dryer worked when he finished, which required the four-pronged outlet he installed. Highly recommend. Would hire again in a heartbeat. read more

Absolutely high quality install from A-pro. Came on time, pricing was fair, craftsmanship seems great. Highly recommend, install was on Staten Island. My Tesla is charging perfectly. read more

They were quick and professional. They were able to come within 24 hours. They got the job done for a reasonable price as well.

Would give negative stars if I could! Aquib was supposed to ground an outlet but did a fake ground (either incompetence or malice idk...) to just fake a ground measurement. Me or my family could've been shocked and killed or our house could've even burned down. Strongly do NOT recommend! read more

Aquib and team did an amazing job installing some recessed lights. Very easy to work with and clear what would be done and worked with me quickly to get documentation for my condo management. Collaborated with me on design the entire way. Very professional and friendly, will go to him and his team for my future electrical needs. read more

I would not recommend this company. I was told that the timeframe I gave them to come to my place was "perfect" and that I would hear back from them this morning to schedule. I waited and waited and finally called them. The person said, "Oh yea. Let me see if I can get someone over there. I'll call you back ASAP." They never called me back. I waited several hours before calling them back to cancel. They never respond to the message I left. I would not recommend them to anyone. That is no way to conduct business. read more

I started a Project for a 20A outlet to be wired and installed. Due to a lack of attention to details from myself AND the electrician, it was the incorrect prongs (see images). I will install it myself (5-20R outlet). read more

Javed has been great, we had a 2 story house with 2 separate boilers and we brought him in when the previous plumbers didn't know how to wire up a relay, it took in less than an hour to wire it up and have everything running, perfectly. After we found our that his team does plumbing as well, we had him work on our second boiler, he was quick and efficient and charged a reasonable price. read more

I was looking out for someone to install an EV charger at my house. Javed was the first one to respond and was there at the site the next day. Out of all the people who responded he offered the best price. He moved around a few circuit breakers, snaked the wire nice and clean and the job was done in 3-4 hours. Very professional, reliable and reasonable. Highly recommend. read more

Response through "Yelp" was almost immediate. Communication with Aquib was great. I received estimate for small job requested; electric outlet replaced/3 prong installed. Service received within 2 hours, Javed was prompt, polite, helpful- moved furniture to get to outlet, cleaned up after himself. Javed was professional, did a great job at a fair price. I will use A-Pro Electrical Services again and recommend to friends/neighbors. read more

Everything went great; very professional and knowledgeable. Found the issue quickly and fixed it.

Apro was pretty quick to respond to my request for installation EV outlet. They came within a week and was punctual. Installed the outlet as requested. However the outlet stopped working after a rainstorm. suspect due to poor insulation shorted out. Contacted Javed many times to try to schedule to get it fixed since they told me guaranteed labor for 2 years. But he has yet to respond to my texts for 2 weeks... he picked up once and has since been ignoring my texts and calls. Now may have to pay another electrician to fixit. Summary: Very fast response and came do the work right away. However, if anything is wrong with the work, they will not honor their 2 year labor guarantee.... Kind of disappointing. Update: Javed got back to me. Told me he was on honeymoon that's why no response. He was apologetic about it. read more

Javed from Apro Electrical was punctual (last-minute call and he arrived quickly), professional, and meticulous in his work. Great job!

I hired Javed February 24,2024 for electrical box illegally connected to the building. He came investigated that my electricity is supplying someone else's electricity. I paid him $200 in cash as $20 tip. Called him several times for a receipt which tells me lies. Its now March 20,2024 very unprofessional, as irresponsible. If your issue can be resolved right then & their wish you the best. If it's something that is a professional electrician advertising on yelp Not your guy. To now have to hire another electrician who I will make sure is licensed as legit. read more

Basically paid $350 for nothing. The work done did not fix the problem at all (fluctuating levels of electricity). Everything happens for a reason, though--I now have an electrician who is professional and experienced. read more

I needed a ring doorbell installed. Javed provided the best price (relative to other equally top rated electricians), installed the ring doorbell and even stayed to walk me through the entire ring app to ensure that the doorbell was properly installed and functioning as needed. I HIGHLY recommend him if you're looking for an electrician to provide quality work at a fair/affordable price. read more
