Azam was wonderful. While two previous electricians came and wanted to charge and outrageous amount just to trouble shoot. Azam came in did a quick check of the outlets and was able to fix one of the issues the same day. He came prepared with the tools and materials he needed. He needed to come back the next day for my 2nd issue. He was on time and finished the Job in one day. He also cleaned up after the work efficiently which most contractors do not do. Installed a line and second small panel for a new stove... installation is currently stalled bc they never asked me what plug I needed..( 3 or 4 prong) and they installed a 3 prong w NO GROUND instead if a 4 prong....I couldve looked up the info if they had asked... I was told no one installs a 3 prong for a new appliance. They also grossly overcharged me for a replacement double breaker...450:... outrageous.. I just noticed that one of the screws they used to anchor the new box is protruding from the wall on the other side. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. read more

The project involved adding new ceiling lighting throughout the whole house, as well as updating all the old 2-prong receptacles to 3 (and additional receptacles as needed), replacing all breaker panels with newer (and additional circuits), and a 100 to 200 amp service upgrade. Upon interviewing Mo for the job, he demonstrated his knowledge and experience very well, so I chose him for the job. Cable routing was nice and clean, he avoided cutting new holes in the walls/ceiling as much as possible. The re-wire was clean, every circuit that was needed to be separated has been done (lighting/receptacles/AC/fridge/stove). The mess was also cleaned and sweeped daily until the job was finished (and it was fast!). The customer service he provided was also excellent. Azam and his co-worker were great. I wanted to install a 240v outlet to charge an electric car. He asked for photos the day before and when he came to do the job he had everything he needed to complete the task. We needed to place a new electric panel that could support the additional load of 240v. He knew everything that needed to be done and worked quickly and efficiently. The owner of this electrical business, Moheb Azam was extremely quick in responding to our message for a licensed insured vaccinated worker. We have two 5 blade ceiling fans in serious need of cleaning, overall maintenance and in the case of one fan in our kitchen a checkup on the light kit which wasn't working. He was able to come on Sunday morning 10 AM and got right to the problems. The kitchen fan needed a replacement for the kit fuse and he tightened all the fan blade screws so it wasn't wobbling so bad. The other fan had a real serious issue of being too wide for the space it had been installed in: it was hitting the beam on the right. Moheb had to stop everything to go all the way to Home Depot. Once he had ALL the parts needed to run the wires farther away and centered on the ceiling, he installed covering over the wires and support plate once he had completely reinstalled the fan with blades and light kit. Fan blade screws got tightened here also. Moheb was not fazed, was always clear about what he was doing. His expertise was a pleasure to have at our co-op Apt!! Thank you. read more
