They will charge more than agreed, come late, etc. But this is the first time I've actually wanted a refund as the problem was not fixed. Khalil (interesting how much time he's willing to put into this) babbles on and on about how I was wrong and he was right. But yet, nothing was working when he left that wasn't working before he arrived. Came 3 times and I actually had less when he left. He damaged by $300 "Coolest" cooler by standing on it (like a fool) when a ladder was a few feet away. And shattered a vase when he was pounding on an outlet that he brought that was too big for the space. He changed the outlet 3x and still doesn't work. So, all the talk of "neutral bus bars" etc is nonsense. Busbar might be his meds? I requested a refund from him. He said no way. That his not fixing anything had great value! I then filed with Yelp Guarantee. It's a PITA! People, don't ever hire someone on here based on the Yelp Guarantee. The time and effort to collect aren't worth it. I'm going to see it through because I'm curious. I'll need to do a review on Yelp! They want pictures of the issue. Huh? Of electrical current? Or the lack there of? A lot of their stuff is done by AI which is totally not ready for prime time. I can't supply a picture of electricity. But they want all correspondence and proof of payment. I couldn't get a receipt out of him because there is no such company as KM Electric. But they will see how he told me to send cash App to someone else. And how he forged a document from another company, etc. A lot of fraud going on. Speaking of which, PLEASE NOTE all the 5-star reviews that have popped up on his listing from accounts that as of today (8/12/26) have no other reviews. No profile pictures, no friends, sometimes aren't even from NY. He'd rather post fake reviews than spend time earning them. So, that's what you'd get with the non-existent KM Electrical. Someone who cares more about their social media profile than doing a good job. Oh, and he is CONSTANTLY asking for money. Quoted $125 then upped it to $200. I asked him to come back because things still not working. He asked for another $150 (still didn't fix anything!). He said more work needed to be done. I asked if he wanted to write a proposal for the insurance company. He wanted $400 for the proposal! He denies it all. But Yelp asked for the entire thread of texts. So, they will know what is true and what isn't. Hopefully he will just issue me a refund and we can both save time.

We had a damaged electric outlet to replace; after assessment it was determined a larger rewiring job would be required. The slight difference was to be expected as there were 4 (or 5?) circuit breakers that had to be replaced. He followed up on some other issues that he and I noticed, with a plumber that he works with, with as good an experience.
