I was "under the gun" with a deadline of 48 hrs to have a repair and inspection completed for my insurance company; so I started a project via Yelp and luckily Abe responded! Abe asked for additional information, including photos to see if he could help me with my request in the time frame that I needed and he was very honest about what he could do. We discussed a time for the following day. Abe was actually able to come an hour earlier (which worked for me) and he came with one of his employees. They made the repair within 15 minutes after they arrived and were extremely personable and professional!!!! (You have NO IDEA how much I appreciate that.) After the repair Abe conducted my inspection, filled out the paperwork and provided me with a sales receipt BEFORE leaving. I didn't have to wait for him to get back to the office to send me the receipt for my payment and I have to tell you that was the cherry on top for me! I've had so many instances where the contractor has to go back to his office and then send me the paperwork or receipt. Nine times out of ten they forget to send it.
