Not only that, but he was able to continuously keep in contact with me via text over the next few hours as we hammered out the details. After I accepted his very reasonable estimate, Moe worked with me until about 10:00 pm to get all the paperwork and insurance ready for our very demanding coop management company. Our previous contractor simply said "I can't take this job" after 2 weeks of back and forth with the language of the insurance and various other demands set by management. I needed to get 3 chandeliers replaced and I'm so glad that I found Electrician Techs via Yelp to get the job done. I now realize I forgot to use the deal I saw on Yelp - you can get $335 of credit for only $300 - which would've saved me some money! Not that I absolutely needed it though, since the rate was very reasonable. Like many others have mentioned, Moe was fairly quick to provide the reasonable quote as well as a Certificate of Insurance for building management. We communicated via text and email and booked the appointment for a few days later. Our electrician Andrew texted me about 20 min before he arrived, within the time frame that was given to me when scheduling. He was professional and did a great job. We hired Electrician Techs to install 4 LEDs recess lights in our living room. We went with them due to their pricing and reviews online. They were early on the schedule day for the job, a plus. But here is where the 1 star comes in, the quote we received stated that the electricians will make approximately three to four 4x4 inch holes in the ceiling and the patch work was NOT included, agreed and understood. Well they made 12 holes! All different sizes and the cut outs they made for the lights where super sloppy! 3 out of the 4 light cut outs were super sloppy! Check out the pictures! The they recommended a patch worker that wants to charge $1,300 to patch up the holes and paint! My wife and I were definitely not happy with the quality of work they performed and will NOT be using them again. We need 3 bedrooms with recess lighting and definitely will be finding someone else. read more

Power went out in all 3 of my bedrooms at 7am yesterday. I put an inquiry out on yelp describing my issue, and Mo responded to me very quickly. Out of a handful of responses, he was the only one to immediately give me his price for general service call. Once confirmed, Mo told me he could have someone at my place within an hour or two. Juan showed up less than 30 minutes later. He was super thorough, and took the time to investigate and solve the issue. Turned out there were burnt out wires behind one of the outlets in my apartment, and we had no idea. Juan not only fixed the electrical issue, but also prevented the potential of a fire in my apartment. I had to reschedule a few times due to shipping issues with one of the lights and Moshe was patient and friendly throughout that process. Finally, Steve came to install my lights and was a lovely guy to have around. My building is over 100 years old and the wiring is crappy, so Steve ended up replacing one of the boxes. Contacted them for a few light fixture replacements. They gave me a quote and worked to setup a schedule. As for the service, there were a few hiccups along the way that I think merit a star drop, such as a dropped fixture that shattered and having to take multiple trips back to the vehicle to pickup tools.
