One they had the right address the tech was there shortly. They were able to fix the bathroom event fan promptly. I am recovering from an old kitchen vent that caused a fire so I opted to pay a little more for a licensed electrician. They even purchased the fan and brought it to the site with them. Great experience having a ceiling fan installed. Nick was great on the phone, explained exactly what was involved, and told me the price, which I thought was reasonable. It didn't take long to get an appointment. His technician came out on time and even took his shoes off to keep my floors clean. He had to cut a small opening in my ceiling (as Nick had told me would be necessary for the fan bracket) and he was as careful as could be to keep the dust to a minimum and clean up afterward.
