I would not recommend this company. I was told that the timeframe I gave them to come to my place was "perfect" and that I would hear back from them this morning to schedule. I waited and waited and finally called them. The person said, "Oh yea. Let me see if I can get someone over there. I'll call you back ASAP." They never called me back. Apro was pretty quick to respond to my request for installation EV outlet. They came within a week and was punctual. Installed the outlet as requested. However the outlet stopped working after a rainstorm. suspect due to poor insulation shorted out. Contacted Javed many times to try to schedule to get it fixed since they told me guaranteed labor for 2 years. But he has yet to respond to my texts for 2 weeks... he picked up once and has since been ignoring my texts and calls. Now may have to pay another electrician to fixit. Summary: Very fast response and came do the work right away. However, if anything is wrong with the work, they will not honor their 2 year labor guarantee.... Kind of disappointing.
