They did the initial electrical upgrades in a timely fashion (July 2025) however, they missed the first inspection (December 2025) with the city. Never even notified me about it. It took me months of pulling teeth for them to schedule the make up inspection that finally happened in July 2026, 7 months later. It was a very stressful year long experience where I wasn't sure if the job would ever be completed. If you like the anxiety, stress and delays, then go for it. read more

Apro was pretty quick to respond to my request for installation EV outlet. They came within a week and was punctual. Installed the outlet as requested. However the outlet stopped working after a rainstorm. suspect due to poor insulation shorted out. Contacted Javed many times to try to schedule to get it fixed since they told me guaranteed labor for 2 years. But he has yet to respond to my texts for 2 weeks... he picked up once and has since been ignoring my texts and calls. Now may have to pay another electrician to fixit. Summary: Very fast response and came do the work right away. However, if anything is wrong with the work, they will not honor their 2 year labor guarantee.... Kind of disappointing.
