This store has every possible part you would need to repair, rewire, or make a lamp or chandelier. Although you would have to get the base or frame elsewhere. Service was friendly and helpful. Prices were good. The tree was $100, which might be a bit high, but it's very pretty. We needed coffee, and the nice man who helped us said that he would wrap the tree while we were gone. He didn't even ask us to pay in advance. When we came back, it was wrapped. Excellent customer service! Much appreciated.

Not only was Luca welcoming and professional, but his knowledge was incredible--he had even worked for the Rondo company in Milan and knew this lamp inside and out. What a rare find! A friend of mine once spent four hours unsuccessfully trying to fix it, and Luca solved it in under 20 minutes with absolute ease. Who needs a "chandelier guy" in their life? That's what I thought, until we needed to take down two…read moreof them from our apartment to move them to our next one. We found Yaniv of Chandelier Master to be perfect for our job. One was a 40-year old Waterford crystal chandelier that had belonged to my mother-in-law. The other was a vintage triple-glass globe affair, very intricate. Yaniv was extremely careful. He took each down, disassembled them, and even cleaned them. Then they were carefully packed up, because we don't know how long it will be until they are hung in our next apartment. Having him come to our place and take care of this in a matter of days, before the new owners moved in, was a huge help to us. We even asked him hang up the cheapie replacements we bought at Home Depot, and he did that too for just a little more. I'm saving his card, because when we need to hang these up again, I will call him.
