Imad was the best plumber I've worked with. I called him at 1030pm Saturday night for a leak issue…read more- he answered right away and came to my house the following morning. Quickly resolved the issue and even asked me if I wanted to complete the project myself as the rest would be easy, and essentially I wouldn't have to pay for certain charges. I declined and said that I would feel safer if he finished the project. He quickly went to a supply store to get the correct parts, installed them, gave me great advice, and great price for everything. I had another plumber come to my house a few days before calling Imad - they immediately said the solution would be to tear down a wall to get to the back of the shower (without even attempting to fix it). This would have cost me thousands of dollars. Imad fixed the problem without having to tear down anything. Also very professional - would highly recommend. Thanks Imad!

We called this company to come take a look at a leak we had coming from our bathtub into the…read morekitchen ceiling. They sent someone the next day, and they said absolutely nothing about a service charge or any kind of charge for coming out to look at the leak. The guy told us that it's an easy fix we can do ourselves. Great. Then he charges us $95 (plus tax because we used a credit card, not having tons of cash lying around) as a "service charge." For coming to the house for 10 minutes and telling us to do the job ourselves!! Unbelievable. If you "have to" charge a "service charge" (and he said it's because we called the company "through Google"?? what??), you absolutely need to tell people that beforehand instead of springing it on them at the end of the visit. It's just so shady.

I received a response to my review from Andrew W, whom I've never heard of nor does not appear to…read morebe anyone who I've seen. He indicates that they would not be in business as long as they've been if their service was inferior. That much is true! It is only the past couple of years where they have taken on many commercial contracts, that they are unwilling or unable to respond to residential projects. As previously stated the office personnel, the six times my husband and I contacted them within 8 weeks had no idea where their plumbing staff was and said someone would get back to us. In 8 weeks, nobody did (we have an answering machine) no messages either. N the last call the woman kept screaming at me that she just came back from vacation and had no idea what was going on. At no time did she state she just returned, but would try to rectify the situation. Just blamed me for bothering her. I guess Andrew believes that hiring someone else after 8 weeks of having a broken toilet is unreasonable, but I disagree! We had a second bathroom, but unreasonable is still unreasonable. Btw nobody EVER called back!

We were given an estimate for free, and I appreciated Bill's friendliness! We were given a fair estimate, and other places usually try to overcharge us, but he gave us a fair deal. Thanks for all you guys do! -A very happy customer

He is very knowledgeable and told us what size boiler we would need based on the number of radiators in our house as well as other factors. He gave us a great quote and finished the job the very next day. He and his team worked all day because he knew the urgency of our task and was able to finish and allow our home to have heating. William is very professional and does what he says. He is reliable, very hard-working, and communicates! Will definitely be recommending him to our friends.

I needed to have a licensed contractor who specializes in roofing, inspect my roof for damage…read more Daniel Overstreet arrived on time and was very pleasant and patient. He did a complete walk through of the interior of my house to assess for any roof leakage and then went right to work on the exterior roof structure. He took several pictures and explained to me that my roof was leaking in several places. He asked if I wanted it repaired right then and there to prevent further damage until I could secure a roof replacement. I agreed and he immediately went back up and repaired any areas that needed it. He explained everything he was going to do and also took pictures of the work finished. He was also very reasonably priced. I had spoken to other companies who provided appraisal services and they were expensive and none of them offered any type of temporary repairs to prevent further damage. I am very happy with the service I received and would recommend this company for this service to anyone who needs it in the future.

I hired this company to install new kitchen cabinets, which were identical in size and placement as…read morethe old cabinets. The project took two days. Day one, was pretty good, two guys started the job, but were not able to complete in one day. One of the "day one guys" informed me that he doesn't normally work my area, and would not be returning to complete the job. Because it was obvious that he was the most knowledgeable regarding cabinet installation, i callec NIHS to inform them that I was willing to wait until he was available, unless they had someone as knowledgeable. I was informed that they would send someone with matched skills. When they day arrived to complete the job, they sent one of the original guys, who had already admitted that he wasn't very experienced in cabinet installs, and more or less, followed the lead of the experienced guy. The second guy looked like a high school student, so I thought, ok, you cant judge a book by it's cover. However, when the first challenge arose, he had no clue as how to deal with it. He literally just stood there and scratched his head. He really didn't have a clue!! Well the inexperienced cabinet guy had to take charge, and I will let the pictures speak for the work.

We had already paid for the work and did not want to pay someone else to finish the job. The air conditioner works great now. However, perhaps it was foolish of us to try engage this company again for another plumbing issue, but after yet another set of weeks of following up and THREE no show appointments we've moved on to another company to do our plumbing work for us. The owner himself spoke with me by phone, giving excellent, easy to follow advice on how to stop the leak without incurring the expense of a visit. We left off with an understanding that I'll call back if the leak comes back. No charge for his time and expert advice. Months ago, Garofalo responded right away to replace our water heater, doing a great job; below is our previous review. We highly recommend them! (Previous Review): Fast, reliable and honest. Our water heater failed yesterday, leaking steaming water everywhere. Garofalo arrived at our house rapidly, barely 1/2 hour later. They finished replacing the water heater early this morning, you can't ask for better service than that. My family has relied on Garofalo Plumbing for decades and we highly recommend them.
