We previously used another plumber and had very mixed experiences so we wanted to try someone new and are overwhelmingly happy with our decision to do so. Across 2 diagnostic calls, 2 regular service calls, and 2 jobs for "new" work, Dragonetti has been consistent in their deliverables and the quality experience they brought with it. I have to give special recognition to both the office staff that handles scheduling and, in particular from the plumbing team, Nick (although his colleagues have always been equally professional). Nick is extremely easy to talk to, explains everything clearly, and does not "hide the ball" whatsoever. What he promises is what he delivers in both scope of work and pricing. A particular point of appreciate we have is Nick & his team's responsiveness between Facebook messages with the company to get in touch at off hours and promptly returned phone calls/texts (scheduling and ETA communication for appointments). A recent example, we experienced a (at the time) scary situation with our boiler very late on a Friday. Nobody else returned our call despite having answering services and promising a call back. We got a 2am acknowledgment and prompt follow up the next day (Saturday). Within an hour, Nick was at our house and spent an hour listening to our concerns and diagnosing the issue/coming up with a plan. He left with a follow up scheduled and came through as discussed without any bumps along the way. I really cannot stress enough how stress free communications have been with Dragonetti in all regards and I understand why they are so highly regarded locally. Moving forward, they will be our go to for plumbing issues because we know what to expect and do not have to worry about quality concerns on their work, all of which has held up without skipping a beat. Highly recommend.

Very disappointing customer service…read more I had a very negative experience with Eric Vitale from Total Comfort. During his visit to our home, he was rude to my wife and unwilling to discuss the boiler installation with her. When I subsequently called to discuss pricing, I explained that we had received a quote for $9,500, including a $5,500 unit and $4,000 for installation, and asked whether he could offer a more competitive price. Rather than having a professional discussion, he rudely told me, "We can end this conversation right now," and hung up on me. Customers have choices, and professionalism and respectful communication matter just as much as price. Based on this experience, I would recommend taking your business elsewhere.

I have been recommending this company for years. Brian O'Neill is been in business for a long time…read moreand that means a lot. You have to be good at what you do to achieve longevity. As a real estate agent, I work with contractors all the time and recommend them to my buyers and sellers. I've never had one complaint in I'd say, close to 20 years. Last week was yet another example. A homeowner called me up for help. Her mom passed away and she was clearing out the house to get it ready for the market. It was a hot day and the central air suddenly quit. She's not local and didn't know who else to call because other contractors she'd been told to call were either unresponsive or seemed to be not all that forthright. The company who had been servicing the house forever seemed to be the worst - took a quick look and told her the entire unit needed to be replaced with a staggering bid amount. Of all the contractors who came, Brian was the only one who told her that she did not have to replace the entire unit. All she needed was 1 part. The cost difference on this? Tremendous. Please note that when she called Brian, she'd told him that an estimate for replacement was needed. While my client was surprised, I wasn't. I've heard stories like this about O'Neill Contractors before. My experience with them is that they do excellent work and are highly ethical. It's no wonder they've been in business for a long time.
