Pleasurable experience and 100 % satisfied with the service from Inventi HVAC. Andrei the technician absolutely knows his craft. He replaced my blower motor and fan wheel on my 120000 btu furnace, making sure all was balanced and lined up evenly before reinstalling back into the cabinet. After completing the replacement and install of the motor, Andrei went a step further and checked the unit switches and inducer motor as well as the temperature from the supply duct to make sure the unit was running efficiently with the new motor. Also, Inventi responded quickly to my call and I was able to get a quick appointment. I had two other HVAC companies come to my house, one was too high, and the other Bill Leary I had to throw out as the sales tech pulled out the roll over switch out to get the warning light to go on, which it did and then told me i need a new furnace. On one of the hottest days of July, our AC was blowing out warm air. Other places gave us inaccurate diagnosis of the problem. Andrei, from Comfort Duty, was responsive and communicated promptly and clearly.
