Mike answered the phone on the first ring and was fantastic with communication. He gave me his cell phone number so I could text him pictures of the plumbing set up at my home. Mike's employee, Julian, showed up right at the scheduled time of 8 am and was wearing a mask, which I appreciate. Julian was friendly, polite, organized, and efficient. I felt comfortable having him work at my house. The price was reasonable and they gave us a 10% discount for paying in cash. I like it when businesses do that. Julian did a nice job. I hired this company to complete a plumbing job that required the plumber be onsite with my septic company. I gave accurate dates on when the project was going to start. I was in communications with them, however, at one point I did email the wrong email address and 10 days of the project were wasted. However, that aside, they never showed up at any point to get any work done. Always an excuse. The first was, they needed a deposit. I sent it. Then, they needed guidance from me... I'm not a plumber, so what guidance did you need from me to get the original estimate done. For several weeks we went back and forth and NOTHING WAS DONE. Finally, we decided it was best we part ways and refund my deposit. I've hired another plumber who was nice enough to wait for me to get my deposit back from this defunct contractor and it is now 3 weeks later and I do not have my deposit. I keep getting excuses that he's out of state. BEWARE this person cannot be trusted!!! I'm reporting to the BBB! read more
