Julian did a great job and make everything tidy after the "kitchen drain work". He is motivated by the goal of "helping people". I am impressed and he did help me a lot in solving my kitchen crisis today. How I get to pick this vendor for the job: I have sent a few requests online and you are the first one replying to my messages without the need to have a "phone consultation scheduled and you are able to come in and fix the issue on the same day. Conclusion: I am very happy with the work and will def reach out to your company again for other work down the road. Thank you so much! read more

My bathroom sink was clogged and I couldn't locate the issue. They came right out the day after I contacted them and fixed not only the clog but a couple of other plumbing issues I had. Very professional, quick, and neat, and the pricing was reasonable. Would use again! read more

Water started pouring out from under our kitchen sink, and I needed a plumber immediately! I have a great plumber that I'd hired years ago for a big renovation, but that person was not available on an emergency basis. I chose Mike based on the Yelp reviews, thanks Yelpers! Mike answered the phone on the first ring and was fantastic with communication. He gave me his cell phone number so I could text him pictures of the plumbing set up at my home. Mike's employee, Julian, showed up right at the scheduled time of 8 am and was wearing a mask, which I appreciate. Julian was friendly, polite, organized, and efficient. I felt comfortable having him work at my house. The price was reasonable and they gave us a 10% discount for paying in cash. I like it when businesses do that. Julian did a nice job. Have a look at my photos of before and after! We decided to upgrade our bathroom faucet, as well. We are thinking of having a couple more plumbing projects done and we would certainly use these plumbers! read more

Our kitchen drain clogged and I spent 2 days on my own trying to clear it up. No luck. I found Mike on Yelp and he had one of his plumbers at our door within two hours, and an hour later our kitchen was back to normal. Sometimes it's good to know how to fix your own plumbing, other times it's good to know a professional. Thanks Mike! read more

I was out of town when my tenant reported no hot water. I searched Yelp and other sources for a reliable, reasonably priced plumber and found Quality Pro Services. They proved to be as excellent as their reviews suggested. A few issues came up. There always seem to be complexities with a job like this. But we talked it through to very satisfying results, and ultimately, the cost of the job was very close to the original estimate. I will call upon this company the next time I need a plumber. read more

They charged high price and was unable to diagnose the problem. I used Freedom plumbing instead. They did the job for a third of the price

Did a great job quickly and accurately determining the source of bathroom leak (improperly installed tub spout). Had the parts on hand to install new spout and fix problem. Fair price and very clean and respectful plumbers. Julien and Benjamin explained process step by step and we're careful to wear booties to keep my carpet clean. I will use them again and recommend them. read more

I called Michael for an issue with my sink. Michael responded back and spoke to me on the phone. After sharing some photos he provided an estimate & stuck to that price. The individual who came was Steven, who is very personable and had a great attitude. He did a good job & explained to me what was changing and why. In fact I requisitioned another job which Michael and Steven agreed to, and Steven was to complete by the afternoon. I will be using this Quality Pro Services as my first choice going forward. read more

Michael and his team are what you would consider going above and beyond what is expected. We had a leak in our finished basement over Memorial Day weekend and they made all our problems go away. They took the time to explain what it was they were doing and you can tell they were genuine and not just out to make a cash grab. It's rare these days to find that kind of service. Overall, I would definitely recommend them. read more

Quality pro was one of three companies I called for a recent plumbing issue at home. I was immediately impressed with Mike's honest take on what required to be done. He didn't push unnecessary add ons and quickly gave me a rough estimate. We scheduled the appointment for the next day and Julian was prompt, courteous and pleasant. He confirmed Mike's diagnosis and completed the job efficiently. The best part - when one of the repairs developed a small problem overnight I called Mike early the next morning and he had Julian respond within a few hours. Julian promptly diagnosed and fixed the issue and stayed to ensure that we were satisfied with the job. Quality Pro - Honest, efficient, reasonable and reliable - What more could you ask for! read more

A diy kitchen sink installation turned disastrous when my father broke off a pipe which resulted in us having to shut off the water throughout the entire house. I realized right away that we needed professional help ASAP. Within minutes of me looking for a plumber, Mike reached out to me with his availability and an estimated price. He was able to come out the next day ( which meant I only had to sleep elsewhere for one night) and within an hour or so, we had a new, leak proof, working sink. Mike even reached out to me the next day to follow up and make sure everything worked properly. read more

Can't say enough good things about this company. I submitted an inquiry through yelp for a plumber to repair/replace our spigot in the back yard. I hired this company to complete a plumbing job that required the plumber be onsite with my septic company. I gave accurate dates on when the project was going to start. I was in communications with them, however, at one point I did email the wrong email address and 10 days of the project were wasted. However, that aside, they never showed up at any point to get any work done. Always an excuse. The first was, they needed a deposit. I sent it. Then, they needed guidance from me... I'm not a plumber, so what guidance did you need from me to get the original estimate done. For several weeks we went back and forth and NOTHING WAS DONE. Finally, we decided it was best we part ways and refund my deposit. I've hired another plumber who was nice enough to wait for me to get my deposit back from this defunct contractor and it is now 3 weeks later and I do not have my deposit. I keep getting excuses that he's out of state. BEWARE this person cannot be trusted!!! I'm reporting to the BBB! read more
