Martin repaired a complicated issue with our gas line today. He was extremely polite, professional, and knowledgeable. Thank you, Martin! We will definitely be using Pipe Masters for all our plumbing needs going forward. read more

I've used this company twice in the past couple of months and each time, the plumber named Martin showed up. He is very professional, communicative, efficient and knowledgeable about his work. He was able to answer any questions I had, providing thorough, easy-to-understand responses. Its unfortunate when things malfunction (as they do!), but it helps to have quality plumbers on the job. read more

We are so grateful - our main sewer got clogged the day of the Super Bowl and other 24/7 services weren't responding or returning calls at all. I found Pipe Masters on Yelp - and Mario called us back quickly the same day and came out first thing in the morning. He and his colleague were very professional, explained everything and fixed the issue quickly despite a very outdated setup for a very reasonable price that was transparent from the start. Thank you!!! read more

I had requested Mario to replace my water softener. He came on time and did a fabulous job. He was very thorough and saved me a lot of hassle. I recommend him highly. read more

All I can say is outstanding! If I could give more than 5 stars I would! My main water line shut off valve was corroded and seriously leaking. Mario came a couple hours after I called and fixed my problem within 30 minutes. Saved me from a lot of water and headaches in the basement. Very Personable, professional and honest. I will definitely use them again if the need arises. I recommend Pipe Masters 100%. Thank you guys for everything! read more

Mario was very professional and transparent in installing a brand new water / heater. Martin installed my brand new boiler and he was also very professional and kind. Few weeks later, I had a leak problem thinking it's from the new boiler. Mario showed the next day I texted him and he identified the problem that turned out to be a common-area building pipe and not from my unit. I sent the analysis from Mario to the HOA board proving that the problem is not in my unit. Very helpful and responsive. read more

I called PIPEMASTERS with a dishwasher problem Mitch came to my home and fixed it same day. great job Thanks pipe masters

Super Service given quickly and professionally. I saw water in my crawlspace and looked for a plumber. I was nervous finding because quite a few had mixed reviews. Pipe Masters had many good reviews and warranted! I called on Friday and the first available appointment was set for Monday which concerned me, but what choice did I have. Mario actually called me back and fit me in the same day. Martin arrived and was polite and courteous. He didn't find a leak, but found the source which was an overflow from the dehumidifier. He could have made something up to treat the pvc pipe, but he was honest, not always a quality you see in the field. I highly recommend Pipe Masters as you will receive great value in return. Thanks Mario, I will be asking for a quote to replace two water heaters soon. read more

We called Pipe Masters due to a leak in our downstairs bathroom. Being new to the area, we called a few plumbers and Pipe Masters was the most responsive. Mario came out as quickly as he could and fixed the issue. After that, we had Mario price up some structural issues to our plumbing (replacing PRV, corroded pipes, installing a Smart Moen Flo, etc.) These were fairly complex and required us to turn the water off at the Utility level - no easy feet to coordinate it all! Pipe Masters was great and flexible with the process to make sure we had minimal downtime. Definitely give them a try. We used them for small and large issues and couldn't have been happier with the work. Prices were more than fair, especially when bundling a few projects at once. read more

We found Mario with Pipe Masters on Yelp a few years ago. He continues to impress us with his professionalism, expertise, honesty, reliability, and kindness. We highly recommend him for your plumbing needs! read more

I had a problem with my toilet running. I just had this fixed last August with a different plumber when I had a flood in my bathroom. That guy had to come twice, because it wasn't fixed right the first time. So, this time I tried someone new. Mario was very professional, reliable and didn't take advantage of a senior on a fixed income. He fixed the problem! I will definitely use his services again for any plumbing issues! read more

Thanks Mario. You did a great job and honest and transparent throughout. Highly recommended and will do business with him again read more

While there is never a good time to have plumbing issues, a holiday weekend is the worse. Found Pipe Masters and Mario in a search and not only had an immediate response, but Mario was here within a few hours. Not only that, but he called twice to let us know he was running a little late. Our issue was more extensive than what he was prepared for, but showed his professionalism by not charging for what he did, but only for what he'd need to do and came back the next morning. Again, running just 15 minutes later, he called to let us know. He totally resolved the issue, did it cleanly, and totally wiped down everything when he was done. If you're looking for a considerate, caring, and professional partner, Mario and Pipe Masters are at your service!!!! Highly recommended!!!!!! read more

Friendly, professional, responsive and a fair price. If (ok, probably 'when') I need a plumber in the future, I'll call Pipe Masters.

Mario is amazing!!! He literally saved our Christmas. We had a major clog that was leaking into a downstairs bathroom and within 30 minutes of putting in a request on yelp for a call back, he called and scheduled an appointment for the next day (today-Christmas Eve!!). He worked on the bathroom from the morning until the mid-afternoon. He fixed the issue and was reasonably priced. Will definitely call him again if we have a plumbing issue. Please, if you need a trustworthy plumber, please call Mario. read more

Beyond pleased with Mario and his partner! Let me start with a few points: 1. Consulting with Mario not only did I receive a quick response but a clear, thorough consultation. He gave me a great quote and worked with my schedule. 2. Prior to the appointment I had to cancel and reschedule due to an emergency however Mario was very understanding and rescheduled with me right away. 3. Day of appointment, Mario and his partner showed up on time and wore their mask, covered their boots prior to walking in. (I'm usually flexible and don't mind but seeing them take the initiative to do so is great) 4. Mario and his partner completed the job and installed my new water system while answering my questions and informing me with additional instructions on how to maintain my new system. 5. Lastly, I'm not handy at all but Mario made me feel very comfortable and offered his services anytime I had any problems! Thank you both again really happy! read more

Very happy with the service, Mario is friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I appreciated that without asking he and his assistant made sure they wore shoe covers to keep our floors clean and wore masks. During our initial appointment he assessed the issue and provided a few options for how to move forward with no pressure which I appreciated. The day of the work they installed our new toilet quickly and didn't leave any mess. read more

Had a plumbing emergency in the week before Christmas. Based on the great reviews Mario already has here we gave him a call. He was able to come over on the same day which was great as we had to turn off the water in the house due to a leaking copper pipe. Mario looked at the situation, gave us a reasonable estimate and finished the job quickly and efficiently. He was a total lifesaver. I couldn't have been more satisfied. His friendly attitude is backed up by his abilities and reasonable prices. Highly recommended. read more

Very good service, fast coming and quick fixing! Thank you Mario and Ivan for the help. I will definitely recommend to friends who need help! read more

Our water heater started leaking shortly after we moved into our new home. I contacted a few plumbers via yelp. Mario was one of three who replied and the only one who came to the house to check that the water heater was indeed dying and to provide us with an accurate quote. We had a power vented gas water heater and it would have been simple to just replace it with the same thing. This is what all plumbers including Mario suggested. Somehow I convinced myself to get a heat pump electric water heater instead. Mario was very responsive and provided me with all the info I requested regarding the different types of water heaters he could install. He managed all aspects of the installation including hiring a licensed electrician and filing the permits. As other reviewers have pointed out, Mario is very friendly but also very professional. From my recent experience with various contractors, this combination is not all that frequent. Hopefully, I won't have another emergency but if I do I will call him. read more

Deserves more than 5 stars. Found Pipe Masters on Google. It was the best decision I made hiring Mario to do the work. He is friendly, knowledgeable and honest. I would highly recommend Pipe Masters for your plumbing needs. read more

We were extremely satisfied. Good value and reliable service. I would use them again.

Prompt to reply and come on-site to do the job. Excellent quality of work and charged what they quoted in the estimate. Would hire again.

I was quoted $1,100 to have a sink and faucet replaced after a home visit. Neither the sink nor faucet was unique to have such a high priced amount for installation. Minor pipe cutting was needed as the depth of the new sink was a few inches longer. After speaking to another plumber he was baffled at the price as well. Needless to say I got the job done at a fraction of Pipe Masters cost. read more

Though, it was the first time I have dealt with this company, it has exceeded my expectations. The gentleman who showed up to do the job arrived on time for the two times. He was neat, knowledgeable and very attentive. Additionally, the asking price was reasonable, so much so, I did not even argue about it. All things considered, I have had a very good experience with this company and Mario, the technician. I would strongly recommend Pipemaster. read more
