Super Service given quickly and professionally. I saw water in my crawlspace and looked for a plumber. I was nervous finding because quite a few had mixed reviews. Pipe Masters had many good reviews and warranted! I called on Friday and the first available appointment was set for Monday which concerned me, but what choice did I have. Mario actually called me back and fit me in the same day. Martin arrived and was polite and courteous. He didn't find a leak, but found the source which was an overflow from the dehumidifier. He could have made something up to treat the pvc pipe, but he was honest, not always a quality you see in the field. I highly recommend Pipe Masters as you will receive great value in return. We called Pipe Masters due to a leak in our downstairs bathroom. Being new to the area, we called a few plumbers and Pipe Masters was the most responsive. Mario came out as quickly as he could and fixed the issue. After that, we had Mario price up some structural issues to our plumbing (replacing PRV, corroded pipes, installing a Smart Moen Flo, etc.) These were fairly complex and required us to turn the water off at the Utility level - no easy feet to coordinate it all! Pipe Masters was great and flexible with the process to make sure we had minimal downtime. Definitely give them a try. We used them for small and large issues and couldn't have been happier with the work. Prices were more than fair, especially when bundling a few projects at once. read more

While there is never a good time to have plumbing issues, a holiday weekend is the worse. Found Pipe Masters and Mario in a search and not only had an immediate response, but Mario was here within a few hours. Not only that, but he called twice to let us know he was running a little late. Our issue was more extensive than what he was prepared for, but showed his professionalism by not charging for what he did, but only for what he'd need to do and came back the next morning. We had a major clog that was leaking into a downstairs bathroom and within 30 minutes of putting in a request on yelp for a call back, he called and scheduled an appointment for the next day (today-Christmas Eve!!). Our water heater started leaking shortly after we moved into our new home. I contacted a few plumbers via yelp. Mario was one of three who replied and the only one who came to the house to check that the water heater was indeed dying and to provide us with an accurate quote. We had a power vented gas water heater and it would have been simple to just replace it with the same thing. This is what all plumbers including Mario suggested. Somehow I convinced myself to get a heat pump electric water heater instead. Mario was very responsive and provided me with all the info I requested regarding the different types of water heaters he could install. He managed all aspects of the installation including hiring a licensed electrician and filing the permits. As other reviewers have pointed out, Mario is very friendly but also very professional. From my recent experience with various contractors, this combination is not all that frequent. Hopefully, I won't have another emergency but if I do I will call him. read more
