Polite estimate. But way overpriced. And they did not inform us of NJ rebates and JCP&L financing.

This place borders on a scam. $105 just to have a technician come out and tell you want you already knew. I'd use just about anyone else.

If you are considering hiring "Six" for your heating or cooling needs, please read our story first. The Track Record: A Trail of Damage Winter 2022 (The Flooded Basement): After charging $4,900 to replace a baseboard heater pump, Six left our home only for us to find our basement flooded that same night. The cause? A misaligned gasket he failed to check. Summer 2023 (The Destroyed Nursery): We made the mistake of giving him a second chance for a full AC replacement ($10,000). During the install, he broke the electrical in our bedroom closets (which still don't work). The "Waterfall": The day after the install, water poured from the ceiling of our newly refinished nursery. The ceiling, carpets, and lighting fixtures were destroyed. The Disappearing Act When our home was flooding, Six didn't show up. He sent a "helper" who admitted the entire install was a "disaster" and spent the day fixing basic errors. It took six months of living in a damaged home--with two infant daughters forced out of their room--before Six finally sent someone to repair the structural damage he caused. The Situation Today: April 15, 2026 It is currently 90 degrees. Our "new" $10,000 AC unit is completely dead. Six is nowhere to be found. He is not answering calls or texts. He has failed to provide any warranty documentation for the equipment we paid for. The Bottom Line I am currently sitting in a sweltering house with two children under the age of two because I trusted this man. He is expensive, his work is dangerously negligent, and he does not stand behind his installs. For the sake of your home and your family's safety, please stay far away from Six HVAC.

Shoddy work. Overpriced. Keep him away from your home Six…read morehad to return repeatedly to fix my new furnace because he didn't bother to check why it had stopped running the first time, though he was the one who installed it. He just started it up again and left, even though that shouldn't happen with a brand new furnace. He came back again when it stopped and did it again, then finally figured out the cause. I have to call off work each time he comes over during the work week, and he's been there many more than 3 times. This is just one example of his practices. He doesn't check his work and instead keeps coming over when the homeowner finds something wrong. I'm finding multiple things he did poorly in my house. He overcharged me and tried to charge me (double) for something that is legally covered because it was his own work. There are multiple tiny stupid things I've found in my new HVAC installation. I've had to find a competent professional to fix it. Learn from my mistake. Don't call Six.

Our 25-year old HVAC system was hanging on out of sheer loyalty... but the time had come to bite…read morethe bullet and purchase a new central air system. For those of you that have not priced these things out before, quite a bit has changed over time...like the cost! Also, technology has moved on as well, so it's virtually impossible to replace "just the condenser" without all the additional furnace components...they simply won't work together. We called several HVAC contractors...one of them being the large energy company we all know in this area. They came in and did their inspection and were very professional. But their price was 50% higher than the local competition. Yes you read that right!! I wasn't concerned about the "big guys" doing it right, since they are our current utility firm and we have appliance contracts through them. But in light of these tough economic times, I really wanted to give it to a small business. I just wasn't sure how well they would stand behind their work and whether they would do it right the first time. I did research and found two other options. The one that really stood out was AAA Comfort Air in Cream Ridge, NJ. They had over 95 five-star reviews, and although anyone can fake a review, I still felt compelled to do my due diligence. I set an appointment for Emil (the owner) to come in and assess the situation. He was professional, took his shoes off before entering (not at our request), and clearly laid out what was needed and NOT what was most expensive. As a matter of fact, he recommended options that were less expensive vs. those that would simply feed his wallet without added benefit to us. His demeanor was polite, knowledgeable, and he took the time (over 1-hour) to really explain everything without pushing for the sale. Additionally, there are some unique challenges in our home that require minimal dust due to some family health issues and he offered to put up plastic to separate the rooms to ensure a clean work environment. Well, much to my surprise, Emil, came back with an estimate that was truly outstanding vs. simply "competitive". Likewise, his firm provides a 3-year parts and labor warranty (not an option...he just provides it) along with the condenser manufacturer's 10-year. The others only offered 1-year.... that in of itself really resonated with me! We decided to move forward, and I have to say, we made the right decision. Emil and his team were outstanding. They arrived on time, ready to go, and their work was outstanding. Everything was done in one day, with a clean install and a fully working system. Look, HVAC replacement won't make your home look nicer, but it surely is important. No one wants to spend that kind of money unless they have to. Emil and his team were not only very competitive, but they delivered on their promises and were very customer focused. If you are seriously considering a project like this, you need to consider AAA Comfort air. They deliver on their promises and care about their customers. They go above and beyond and deliver with an eye towards balancing price with efficiency. We highly recommend them and you should absolutely include them in your decision-making process. They truly are "AAA".

Always Comfy (Tom McNally), the name says it all they always make sure your home HVAC System is up and running, this a local service provider that really is there to help you with any HVAC issues. He came in when he said he will (on time) and will see what's the issue, explain what's the best solution for the issue and will not charge you arm and a leg for fixing it. He fixed the issue and then I asked him if we do a yearly service contract that will help us make sure that everything is running smoothly and also maintained properly. Then after he left our heating system worked fine for 2 days, he had already informed us that if this goes back we'll have to change a part that he had previously cleaned to make things work. After two days heating went back to working on and off, so I called Always Comfy and Tom said he will be there at the end of the days as we come home after work to fix it. It's was to our surprise he came to fix it just before he had to join his family for a dinner on his birthday. That's going above and beyond to make sure we had our home Always Comfy and we would recommend them over any big name in the area. Although everyone is in business to make profits, but Tom understands that he is not in business to make one time profit or long term business relationships which will grow s your referral will help him to make profits larger than spending money on advertising for months. Just a little synopsis before we had met Always Comfy (Tom McNally) what all we went through. It's been a while we had been looking for someone who can give us a second opinion for our house HVAC and we have been with AJP for 6 years and now they had been suggesting that our furnace is not performing at optimum we should go for High-Efficiency systems that will help us with our home heating & cooling and reduce our electric & gas bill. We called few guys and they all wanted money before suggesting anything to even come in, one guy comes in and tell that there is some wiring issues with our system and that can be fixed for a material cost of $250-300 and when I asked him what's the issue he said you need to pay me $99 for coming to my place and $100 for consultation before he can utter a word. I said since it's too cold and my heating system was acting up so I said "we would certainly like this to be fixed, please explain what the issue is". He said let me make some calls and he went out came back and closed the system and walked out without anything done what so ever.
