Since their quote was half the price of the highest quote I called and asked a few questions and building permit and decide to setup an appointment to get the work done. I had an appointment for monday morning. I recieved a call a 9:00 and was told he would be there in 15 mins. The technician who arrived was named Johnny. e was polite, Professional and he did the install quickly. The work was excellent and he even vacuumed the garage when he was done. I would highly recommend them and will se them next time I have an electical need.

He would not answer questions, not even a grunt of acknowledgement that I asked a question. Additionally, he went into closed cabinets for which he would have no reason and without first asking if it was ok. Had my husband been here, I have no doubt his behavior would've been very different. I put a complaint in to American Water Resorces regarding this behavior. They are banning this company from returning to my home and have reassigned another company.

Suffice it to say that the multiple head traumas I endured have been a routine part of trying to move about my basement which is barely 6' high.
