When the charger turned out to be faulty they came right back out and handled it without charge even though the malfunction had nothing to do with their installation. Found J & J Electrical on Yelp. Sent a quote request thru Yelp and within 30 minutes had a date and time to come by and see what needed to be done. Johnathan was knowledgeable and gave me several options. Got a quote via email as a ODF, signed it and off we go. Johnathan texted me 30 minutes before he showed up on time yesterday (Friday) to start work. He took pictures and measurements, bought commercial material and went right to work. All I had to do was clear the area around the circuit breaker. He worked through the day and was done about 2pm. We talked several times and was very friendly and knowledgeable. The job was professional and gave me ideas how to wire from the outdoor box he installed to putting boxes in sheds. 21 years ago I paid for an external outdoor electrical plug installed on the back of my house. Also paid for a separate circuit. Found out it was never done. Complained to the builder, but was told to go see the electrician. read more

I submitted an online request and got a call back from Jonathan within couple of hours. He came a little bit early but called first to make sure that was okay. He fixed several problems that I was having with a breaker box and a 240V outlet for my plug-in hybrid. While he was there he fixed a three-way light switch that I had "fixed".
