He said that since it was such a small visit, he would do it in the morning or afternoon. Since we had other contractors coming in the morning, we chose 3:30. 3:30 came and went, with no call from them. I called them at 4:00 to ask where they were, but it went to voicemail and I left a message. Since we had to drive up to MA, I called and left another voicemail at 4:15 saying we would need to reschedule, since it was clear he wasn't showing up.
