The office staff at Red's was patient and knowledgeable. Making the appointment took mins and the woman answering the phone answered all my questions. The technician that showed up was fantastic- cleaned my unit inside and out (old company never did), performed a full service and transfer test. He showed me how to manually transfer also (I had never learned) and put me on their dealer fleet monitoring. They have 24/7 emergency service and the calls go to an actual employee - not an answering service. The owner is a local firefighter in town also- the commitment to their local community evident. Highly recommend!

I had my 6 month routine scheduled generator maintenance visit earlier this week, and I was very impressed with the Technician, Scott Bedell, who was assigned to my maintenance task. I found Scott to be polite, knowledgeable, attentive, professional, thorough, and overall, an excellent representative of Corbin Electric. As I have been since my system was installed, I am very comfortable with Scott at the controls, and I am confident that my generator system health is in the right hands with Corbin. Thanks to Scott and to the rest of the Corbin Team, who keep my system healthy and provide peace of mind that electric power to my house will continue, virtually uninterrupted.

Last week I had an exterminator come because a few field mice came into my crawlspace under my son's room. After I put a few mouse hotels in to catch the poor creatures without killing them one or two came back so a friend who wants the exterminating company recommended that since the insulation was roughly 18 years old that I have him take it out and reinstall new insulation. Well, to my surprise after he pulled the insulation out and found several portions that were ripped out and stuffed back in carelessly, he finds at least nine holes that were drilled into beams that were freshly drilled so they weren't a mistake by another company, but he finds one that is so large that the beam that they drilled through is hardly supporting anything, however there are numerous other ones taking up the weight. Only about three weeks ago I had to have them come in and wear their worker installed a electrical box to supply the whole house generator installed. They failed to put a cover on the box and left it wide open where any kid or person reaching in that area, could've grabbed wires Which is a major no no in the business, but I can only blame him because the Hackensack inspector also failed because he didn't get his fat butt into the crawlspace. He just loft and collected his money for the inspection. Now I knew this inspector for years he lived up the street from me on Poplar Avenue and he was obnoxious as could be when he came to do the inspections and it was amazing because this guy was a little tiny mouse when it was on the fire department quiet and stayed all to himself but now since he retired and got a sub coat official job he's a big mouth, arrogant person But back to this company, I should not have to tear my house apart to find out things that they did inappropriately and that's because when their workers came, there was no supervisor with them. They left messes filthy dirty messes everywhere, and never picked up a broom to clean anything, my wife had to keep cleaning up after them so no I would not recommend this company. Unfortunately I had them and it's just unfortunate because every time you call him about something that you find the ignorant girl that answers the phone makes up 20 different excuses to Sunday to defend them, which shows me she's somebody's Patsey so no I don't recommend this company. I would say stay away from them.
