The manufacturer has a definite list of the mandatory maintenance for my unit and Dwyer refused to do them. "Failure to perform the service and maintenance or follow the directions in this manual could damage the boiler or system components, resulting in substantial property damage, severe personal injury or death" (from the manual).These people are not even close to being professional, they just want your money. One of their techs told me they mark up parts 300% and they will not break down their bills to material and labor. They are only out for your money.

He refused to take accountability for his team's communication lapses and instead pushed a defensive narrative. My father was in the trades and working with him when I was younger gave me a good BS detector. That said, I called Anthony, left a message and he got back to me within 15 minutes. Super honest nice guy. I explained my issue and he explained that he can fix central air units but doesn't replace them, which I initially thought was disappointing, but it turns out to be the best way. Think about it. With older units most other companies are going to tell you to replace the entire thing. They don't want to replace some part because there's no big payday in it for them. I liken it to a dentist. They don't try to save your tooth anymore because they can make much more money putting in an implant. After a time misunderstanding on my part, we arranged a time and Anthony showed up ,on time. He diagnosed the problem and replaced the part at very little cost. All guaranteed. I'm just happy if it gets me through the summer. You have to call Anthony first, before anybody else. The guy can do anything. Now if anybody asks me for a recommendation, I can say "I gotta guy"

I always feel so much safer after Ron has completed a project for us. He has really helped us to update the appearance of our house installing modern lighting in our bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, dining room, living room, and on our deck outside. He took care of plugs that needed updated and when we had a home inspection done and there were electrical issues that needed addressed, he came and took care of all of it for us.
