The technician that showed up was fantastic- cleaned my unit inside and out (old company never did), performed a full service and transfer test. He showed me how to manually transfer also (I had never learned) and put me on their dealer fleet monitoring. They have 24/7 emergency service and the calls go to an actual employee - not an answering service. The owner is a local firefighter in town also- the commitment to their local community evident. When I tried to opt out of their marketing texts, the staff was uncooperative and eventually hung up on me. When I called to schedule a new service, owner Andrew spent 22 minutes "interrogating" me about past interactions and social media messages rather than simply booking the job. He refused to take accountability for his team's communication lapses and instead pushed a defensive narrative. I also liked the fact Anthony didn't have any of those scam maintenance contracts that the bigger guys try to intimidate you into signing. If they try to pull that crap, run. My father was in the trades and working with him when I was younger gave me a good BS detector. That said, I called Anthony, left a message and he got back to me within 15 minutes. Super honest nice guy. I explained my issue and he explained that he can fix central air units but doesn't replace them, which I initially thought was disappointing, but it turns out to be the best way. Think about it. With older units most other companies are going to tell you to replace the entire thing. They don't want to replace some part because there's no big payday in it for them. I liken it to a dentist. They don't try to save your tooth anymore because they can make much more money putting in an implant. After a time misunderstanding on my part, we arranged a time and Anthony showed up ,on time. He diagnosed the problem and replaced the part at very little cost. All guaranteed. I'm just happy if it gets me through the summer. You have to call Anthony first, before anybody else. The guy can do anything. Now if anybody asks me for a recommendation, I can say "I gotta guy"

He has updated every bit of electrical everything inside and outside of the house. He is friendly, reliable, and reasonably priced. I always feel so much safer after Ron has completed a project for us. He has really helped us to update the appearance of our house installing modern lighting in our bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, dining room, living room, and on our deck outside. He took care of plugs that needed updated and when we had a home inspection done and there were electrical issues that needed addressed, he came and took care of all of it for us. Ron has moved to a new neighborhood but he has continued to provide reliable service to us. We are now selling our house and not getting to hire Ron is one of the saddest parts of moving for me.
