I called them to come and redo it and when the tech came, he told me that I needed an electrician to come and do it. No offer to replace it or fix their mistake. They obviously did not do it right the first time. We have been a customer with a service agreement for many years with them. I was angry. I called and had a heated conversation with Melissa. When I mention the house burning down with my family inside, she laughed. I didn't find any part of this situation funny at all. She just had a HaHa attitude and let me know that Warshauer was not going to do anything to help or rectify the issue. Very unprofessional for a local business.
