Please note that if you are going to the showroom in Lakewood NNJ, they do not take appointments on Saturdays and they have less sales help than they do during the week. My husband and I arrived late morning and patiently waited until a salesperson became available. I hadn't been at Gail's desk for more than 2 minutes when she mentioned that we didn't have much time (because they were numerous people waiting). Fortunately, my husband and I only needed 2 items and had narrowed down what we wanted before we went to the showroom. It's not the customer's fault that the showroom is understaffed! In order to make an appointment you need to go Monday thru Friday between 10 and 5. Not so easy for 2 people who both work during those hours. What a difference fifty miles makes. During a recent bath remodeling project we made a weekday visit to Ferguson's store in Lawrenceville and were certainly underwhelmed by their begrudging acceptance of our presence on their planet. With a stick firmly planted up her posterior our reluctant Spokesmodel insisted on only showing us the highest end products and sniffed audibly anytime we asked about other lines they carried - lines that are not inexpensive by any means, just less outlandish. Sure, I'd love a nuclear fusion shower system that sprays water from Lourdes out of three hundred solid gold nozzles but, since since my goal is to maintain solvency and avoid direct competition with Brunei's Sultan, we traveled to Ferguson's showroom in Lakewood which by comparison, was literally night and day. We explained our goals and taste preferences for the project and viola, two hours later we had high quality bath hardware that was both stylish and much more affordable thanks to their own Mirabella product line. Damn me, but I am forgetting the name of the gentleman who helped us but everyone in Lakewood was a pleasure to deal with. Please accept my enthusiastic recommendation. read more

If you plan on doing your renovation for 6 months and paying extremely high prices then come shop here. If you are a normal person and want you renovation done in a timely fashion then AVOID FERGUSON!! They sold me a shower system as a package but then shipped each piece separately. It has taken over a month to get parts (that don't work properly) and still waiting on other parts. How incompetent can a national company be? Home Depot or Lowe's can do a better job, less expensive, same quality---even some of the parts are sold on Amazon. Are are shipped sooner. This company is high priced BS!! Without any customer appreciation. There return policy is NON-EXISTENT!! I am sure it is because they know they would be out of business because they have no organizations and no customer service!! read more

We are doing a complete kitchen/bathroom renovation and wanted premium quality sinks, fixtures, pot filler, toilet, etc -- the entire shopping experience was excellent and our consultant Mary could not have been more helpful. She spent hours with us, over multiple weekends, until we picked everything... And sent us comprehensive lists that included all model numbers and pricing info after each visit. Mary volunteered to email all the final specs to our kitchen contractor to ensure alignment with the building plans prior to payment. Their prices were surprisingly competitive and they even had "wiggle room" (and no additional charge for home delivery). We will definitely go back/recommend Ferguson's. read more

DO NOT buy from Ferguson! Ordered shower pan that was supposed to be in in days and it took weeks. Finally got it, brought it home, opened it up, and it was damaged. Called them, they said they would call back in 20 minutes and it took DAYS!! Finally got someone to talk to late this afternoon and it's too late for them to contact manufacturer. REVISED REVIEW. 7/18/14 I would now heartily recommend Ferguson's. I had placed a poor review on this site. We had a delivery issue and a dispute about an item that was not being handled by a local manager. However once a regional manager heard of our complaint it was resolved within 12 hours. Ferguson has hands down the best customer service I have ever dealt with. I ordered a lot of plumbing and appliances and they were so helpful from beginning to end. I also needed a part for my dishwasher and I called my sales rep and she contacted the manufacturer for me and I had the part the next day. Worst experience ever. Still waiting on my items. I have to constantly reach out to them to see when it will be delivered. The rep assured me the hardware on my bathroom cabinets was one color and we ordered everything (faucet, knobs, drain) to match. When I received it, everything was the wrong color, the hardware was brushed nickel not oil rubbed bronze. We also received a damaged sink. My bathroom is still not functional (no sink, cabinets, and even the little flusher which is the wrong color). Extremely disappointed and do not recommend. read more

Worst (= ZERO) Service - My husband and I went to Ferguson today (Saturday) to look at grills and bathroom items. We are going to completely redo one of our bathrooms. We signed our name in the book to get a salesperson to help us. We looked on our own while we waited. We found a Weber grill that we liked. We also had several items for the bathroom: custom glass shower doors, a potential tub, a vanity and some high-end fixtures. The 2 saleswomen had finished with their customers. After waiting close to 1/2 an hour after they were done with their previous customers, we got annoyed and just left. The two saleswomen stood around talking with the two women at the desk. Maybe we weren't dressed like we had the money to be there, but despite wearing jeans and cargo shorts, we were real customers who got ignored. If that's how they want to run their business then we can find a different place to purchase all of our items. We wasted about 1.5 hours on a Saturday at this place. read more
